The photoeye/flame sensor tend to get covered in dust (at least on a bunch that we see). We find that a lot of people say, "Well it worked when I put it away last winter." Well, it sits for a year, and the dust collects on the sensor. If it can't sense the flame, then it shuts off the fuel. No fuel = no heat.
Basically, wipe/blow the dust off.
