My roommates and I have been debating this for about a month - since none of us have any clue a cute/pretty one that you'd have a good chance of *not* getting a disease from - not the street corner $50 crackwhore i don't know why i care, but i'm horribly curious of that sort of life - what a good looking woman could make
-
so, where is this steak 'n shake at? i was going to try to find it today
-
awesome phone # - thanks
-
sounds like best buy's policy - not the law
-
rats - didn't see this in time is there a local listing for a bunch of 'em? if you or anyone else knows of others i might try to make the steak 'n shake one this wednesday
-
it's a beautiful day - wish i could find a small show to go to anyone know of regular car shows throughout the year? every xxxx at xxxxx new to the area - thanks

she isn't going to take him to court over him selling $200, $300 in her records he shouldn't have this post on here - record of him selling them if he'd just sell them and say he doesn't know where they went her only option would be to spend $500 in court costs/lawyer to *possibly* recover 200 or 300 - and the court would probably tell her to go away anyways
-
next time - tell them you don't know where the computer is (the girl must have it?) the court is loathe to get into private matters like this was she a live-in girlfriend? "the family is a writ the court has no business in" or something, is a famous quote about how much judges 'enjoy' having squabbles like this, in court furthermore, you'll have a headache if you don't have this $500.00 agreement in writing there are statutes that require anything over 500 be in writing or it's not enforceable - i'd have to check to see if yours was one of those what were the details of the loan? a live-in girlfriend? silly details like that make a difference
-
what's she going to do, if you *do* sell them? take you to court over $200 in records? it'd cost her well more in time/energy/court costs than it would be worth so - not even thinking about legal issues - seems like you could safely sell some of it and even if she does take you to court, you'll owe her monetary damages (whatever you get from selling the stuff - and a court would probably find that she owed you some of the money - while they were at it) either way, you'll be rid of her stuff, and be closer to having her money i don't know that i'd try selling the computer, though that online company should be after her for it i'd hide the computer and not offer it up until she came to get it with $$$ - the online class company will be after her to get that pc, eventually

Anyone have one of those nifty engine starter stands? one with the radiator mounted, and the control panel? it'd be useful to have
-
beautiful car i like the red fender liners wish i had 'em on my '66 GTO
-
actually wanting the GM version - not what they put in mustangs and i'm sure i can get one at jegs or summit - for 1800 or so probably silly to ask but it'd be nice in my '66 convertible gto
-
still looking want a TKO600 - i know it's a large request
-
thanks for all the replies i woulda been visiting you, sigman but i traded it for a non matching #'s '66 GTO convertible (a lot more fun, and i don't have to worry about originality any longer) maybe i'll try driving to one of your meeting-grounds one of these days
-
nope, was definitely a fake had a/c and it shouldn't have...and couldn't justify spending that much $ i'm gonna work on the '66 next week and have it in columbus soon, i hope in the meantime, the $ is in the bank from selling that one you fixed up, and lookn' for a convertible new new buyer loved the trunk you did - that car went to philly
-
nice '66 lemans (in parts) - auto on floor, 326 v8 - around 3000 - not driving - needs very little (no) bodywork - as rustfree as an ohio car comes average '66 GTO tripower 4spd (new motor/trans) - around 12k - drive 'er home with 400 HP or so (cars are located in middletown - about 20 minutes north of cincy)
-
yea - what you're talking about are the round-port heads - a little exotic but a little porting/polishing does a big difference - can easily make d-ports better flowing than stock roundports normal pontiac heads are d-ports mine has the original 670's - 2.11/1.77 with 72 cc chambers
-
RA 4 just refers to the cam that's in it - ram air 4 specs from a later GTO added a reproduction ram air pan heads were played with a little too running in the mid 13's with traction problems
-
it's a new/rebuilt, original 4-barrel GTO engine - or was probably has 1500 miles - ram air IV specs - around 400 HP with a 4spd lots of fun - mostly just checking everything i've done i'm 24 - know a fair amount...but would like someone that's done it for 30 years to take a gander I was told that after i broke the engine in, i should have someone that knows what they're doing take a look at 'er - maybe adjust the timing a little - take a look at spark plugs to see if it's running lean/rich...and adjust the rockers as they get a little play in them after they're warn down I had a professional rebuild a quadrajet for it - dyno tested and ready to bolt on (replace a crappy one) theres's a little ticking in the drivetrain from the long winter - just needs gone through again for final adjustment she's in primer and near paint...trying to get the engine solid, first if i could figure out how to post a picture - i would http://homepages.udayton.edu/~mertzgea/newgto2.jpg
-
well, i don't want to go to a shop that costs $100 an hour....to pop off a valve cover and spend 30 minutes adjusting valves - and then charge me $3 hours labor...because they didn't know what they were doing and had never adjusted a pontiac valve system i've got it awful close myself - sure a good mechanic could do it a bit better though how about - reasonable?
-
I'm looking for a good - cheap mechanic it's about time i had a super-tune done on my '67 GTO hard to find anyone that hates computers and knows how to work on the old stuff - i don't know the area too well any recommendations? mainly looking to adjust the valves, maybe play with the timing a little pontiacs are a bit different than chevy's - recommendations?
-
do any of these places do one piece at a time? the last time i dealt with powder coating, they wanted $120 every time for a setup cost - so it was do it all at once or not at all (pretty much) and where is streetwerks? I heard it was a bit north of jegs on 11th - i couldnt' find it
-
where you located? ever make it closer to columbus? (if you're 2 hours away) i'd like the 20 long but don't know how i'd get 'er
