I was looking at a springfield at the show, in SS 'made in brazil' turned me off a bit...and I didn't know much about them I figured if i was going to buy foreign - might as well get the norinco

Indeed I've shot it twice already. And cleaned it twice. And i realize that I don't like cleaning the blued metal. I'm too lazy and will neglect this gun more than it should be. Live and learn (which, for me...is to move to something SS) Also, I sold one of my 1100's to buy the Norinco. I promised that I wouldn't walk away from the show without spending that $$ on another firearm. The money mysteriously disappears when it's in my pocket too long

I like the Norinco quite a bit - and probably shoots better than a colt I just realize I'm not the best at maintenance and should probably switch to SS I don't believe they made Norinco's in SS I'm shopping for a colt. I just like the name, history - etc have a lead on one already - I'll post a straight price if i pick it up I don't want left without a .45

Have a very nice Norinco .45 with box, manual - etc Supposedly gone through and cleaned up - I don't know the history very well though. I noticed that it has a solid rod (and paperwork for that) installed already Great shooting gun - looks nice (very little wear) etc Will trade + cash for a full-frame (5" barrel) colt .45 in stainless steel Just thought I'd throw this out there - never know might have interest in another SS .45 And if anyone heads to Vance's, check on what the cheapest SS colt they've got if you would

finally got my norinco .45 yesterday was looking for a stainless steel colt, but could only find the smaller officer's models and whatnot - i want the full size someone let me know if they find a good priced gov't model or otherwise colt SS, full size frame the best I could find one for was $750 yesterday...which didn't tempt me enough

drive up and down the streets around here and you get tons of phone #'s and tons of offices around Walk in, talk to the people....spend a few days looking at joints That's what I did...and ended up where i am $1100 for a 4-bedroom joint is going to get you a pretty shitty place. As in...dog shit on the floor when you walk in to look at it....and the longer you wait, the shittier the ones that remain... I'm in a nice 3-bedroom place that's part of a double and it goes for $1300 (very nice place)

I recently hit up the columbus fish market and was really, really impressed. I know of two in the area Fresh sourdough bread while you wait...and very nice salads Good seafood - absolutely kills Red Lobster and does so in a very nice setting. $25 - $35 or so per person (salad = 5.00 and the meals are 16.00 - 30) I'm not even a huge fan of seafood...but i was very impressed
