Don't buy anything yet, do what Michael said and talk to the city and a lawyer asap about this as it will take some serious tonage and $$$ to get your yard up. Gotcha, I'd been wondering when those were going to come out. The Mx is a damn good tire, rode in a few cars that had tham and I liked them and you likely won't find a cheaper tire with that kind of grip.
