I am not the only one who had issues with these russell cheapo fittings, they seem to be the same cheapo an fittings at the cx racing an fittings, jegs fittings, summit fittings, they all have that thin metal and thin threads that do not grab well. This guy had the same issues with the fitting not grabbing onto the line and feels loose. I figured it was just bad luck and they sent me another fitting that did the same bullshit. I figured I could get away with it, but lasted 900 miles before blowing out on me. You can tell just by the pictures the jegs fitting is thicker and threads look much better. Either way ive done hundreds of fittings and have yet any issues with earls.

Jegs fittings are not made by earls, I have no idea who they are made by but the fittings are different.

Just save yourself the time and money and do it right the first time, earls quality is not even close to being matched.

I will show you how shitty these fittings are, I have to replace all my fittings because I was told these are as good as earls which is so not true. My oil cooler fittings blew out, these fittings do not seal as good as other fittings I've used. I've done tons of an fittings and know how to properly fit and seal lines. I will post pics later tonight

Thats crazy , I use to be big into model rockets back when I was younger. I always remember seeing that rocket with the camera in most model rocket magazines. I can still remember the box it came in. Either way get the pic;s up id like to see them.

No offense to you but this car reminds me of 240 owners now days, cheap wheels, cheap paint, big hookin cheap body kit, SR20 standard, they are like cookie cutter cars anymore. Good luck fixing it up the way you want it.

I did this to my 240, it left that nasty sticky stuff all over. I tryed using that goo gone and elbow power with no luck. someone on here told me to try and use the 3m remover and some heat, stuff ate it off like no other.

Its whatever I can care less what other people do, but I do know people have been turned down at my work for tatts and crap. Tattoo's are the new in thing now, everyone is trying to be all socal'ed out with sleeves and suicide girl theme.
