I guess I'm just not in the cuck'd daily market.

Easy choice, only 1 with a manual.
  3. Cool printed pic bro. Looks great online. :eyes:
  4. Only 2 options, chandler and not brians. Voted not brians because Chandlers may be the worst picture quality ever. So by default I'm voting for nb.
  5. Saw them all in Detroit yesterday, f150 looks best, then ram, then a country mile, then I guess tundra then titan, then 2 miles, then silverado.
  6. UFO dates: April 14 May 6 June 10 July 1 July 14 August 26 September 30 October 14
  7. I figured the Holly flows more than the GT350. There isn't a lot of talk about the aftermarket manifolds. Mustang guys seem to like their FORD parts.
  8. Yeah, GT350 Intake Manifold allows for proper air flow up at the elevated rpms over stock. However, that's really only the route you'd take on a s550 chassis, as it fits under the stock strut brace and provides great results. It's the way I'll be going if/when I do engine mods. The Cobra Jet IM is the king of power, and if you aren't space limited, would be the ultimate. There are also a slew of aftermarket ones either out or coming out too, I know Hoblick had a Holley on one of his s550s...
  9. The price of admission makes it a non option. The standard Mustang 5.0 can be modified to rev reliably to 7500-8200 with basic modifications (oil pump gear, cam gear, crank damper). If you're looking for ultimate reliability I'd keep it limited to 7800 though...
  10. This absolutely. Yep. VW had this issue after the Touareg 1/2. Lots of reliability issues and it hurt the Treg brand. The redesigned 3rd gens came out with a 10/100k powertrain warranty and it helped tremendously. About every other neighbor of yours. Well maybe not YOUR neighbors, they're buying cutlass supremes and impalas... But the suburban neighborhoods are flooded with these, as are work parking lots.
  11. Watched a bunch on him recently with all the Ford LeMans videos. Really great driver. RIP.
  12. Anyone? Looking for diff and trans fluid for the season. Maybe oil too.
  13. Curious if they told him about the booboo.
  14. Congrats, too bad about the transmission though. My brother in law just got a 17 GTI se for 5150 off, picks it up this weekend.
  15. As long as no civics pass me, I'll consider it a successful season.
  16. Can't fucking wait. I'm setting my goals damn high in 18. 136 goal, stretch goal of 135. Failure imminent but I'll go down swinging, or crashing.

    ROADKILL!

Yep, that's the thing. Their bad episodes are half assed ideas that they don't care about, and it shows. I like Tony a lot, both on here and HRG.
  18. I'm talking about same to same comparisons... There will be no difference in performance when the cars have the same engine/trans/gear. No simpler way to say that. Some of the fastest on the 15-17 list are base all season cars, believe it or not.
  19. A 2500 series rides completely different than a 1500 does. If you aren't towing or hauling regularly, the ride in a 2500 can be quite unpleasant. Cost difference also. Ride height is much higher making it more difficult for people to get in and out of, larger wheels/tires, etc. A 1500 is more than most need, and if you can get 30 mpgs on the highway for a small premium (let's face it 2.4k over a 3.5 ecoboost is almost not noticeable considering the MSRPs of modern pickups) I fail to see the downside. It'll be slower, but tow about the same, ride about the same, cost about the same, but you get a significant MPG increase. Oh and the resale is going to be better. Go price out diesel vehicles vs their gas counterparts. This is a pro for buying them new, and a con when buying used. This is honestly the only downside I see: the 3.0-liter Power Stroke diesel will be offered in the 2018 Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum trims. They leave out the XL and XLT trims amazingly...
  20. Right now, I'm drawing from the 15-17s, and what little drag racing knowledge I possess. Same engine Same transmission Same diff gear You aren't going to be able to tell a difference in times, if anything the softer sprung non PP might have better rearward weight transfer. Give it a month and it'll be easily verifiable on the 1/4 mile thread on the forums.
  21. Only challenger that interests me is a manual hellcat, widebody please.
  22. Why would you get the ecoboost over this? Cost? It'll get significantly better MPG, which would make me get the diesel.
