Thanks for all of the replies guys. There is a lot of information in here, and I have some time to decide. I like the idea of spending less initially and working my way up. The E36 M3 was a blast to drive when I test drove one a few years back. Taking in mind the price and thier capabilities, that is at the front of the list right now too. I think the Evo is out though. The info provided about heat and driver skill is something I didn't think about. I would really like to have a RWD car to drive on the track. Thanks again guys. I am sure I will have some more questions. Aaron

I really want to get into road course racing, such as Mid-Ohio, Nelsons Ledges etc. I will be graduating this year from OSU and am looking at a second car that will be didicated to road course racing. Note that I am 6'6" So cars like the Miata/Elise etc will not work. Also, My plan is to spend around 20k on the car, so keep that in mind as well. Some cars that come to mind: C5 Z06 E46 M3 E36 M3 944 turbo (951) 911(haven't done much research on older ones yet) STI EVO Top two are the C5 Z06 and Evo 9 for me. Lets hear your suggestions. Thanks guys.

I got your message. I work until 3AM Saturday, so the later the better on Sunday. Late afternoon or evening would be best for me. Let me know.

Were you directing this at me? :asshole: I am athletic, just fat right now. Starting the diet/workout on Monday.

While I will probably be the tallest, I am the fattest lol. 6'6" 340 I used to be really good, about 4 or 5 years and 100lbs ago.

Damn.......That bacon rollup is rediculous lol. I felt my arteries clog up just looking at it.
-
Agreed, but as it has been stated before, the charges should reflect the laws broken. Brandon should get in trouble for racing, George for the accident. Connecting the two is rediculous.
-
Bug wheels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And as pdqgp just pointed out, the law clearly states he is at fault. Its just amazing to me that a person can say, yep, that law is a good solid law that makes sense. lol
-
While I see the point pdqgp is trying to make, its completely rediculous. If there was no contact between the two cars, then how was it Brandon's fault that George crashed? It just doesn't make sense. George had a decision to make, Brandon didn't make the decision for him. Brandon in no way made George's car turn on, accelerate, brake(slow down), turn, lose control etc. I think it is completely rediculous that Brandon can even be accussed of this. How is it another person's fault? What about an assault charge. 3 guys, A, B and C. A and B are talking, Guy B says to Guy A that Guy C said Guy A's girl was a bitch. Guy A and C get into fight. A dies, and C is critically wounded. Is it Guy B's fault for saying that? Absolutely not. Brandon's actions did not cause George to loose control. It is absolutely amazing that people think this way. I am speechless.

Agreed. I guess I left out the fact that most people looking to raise their credit seem to have a decent # of credit cards. Agreed on most everything also. I knew we were just misunderstanding each others points. Its obvious we both know what we are talking about.

From the link provided..........."Of course, credit scores aren't the only thing lenders look at when making decisions. They typically consider other factors, such as your income, assets, employment history and credit limits. Mortgage lenders in particular might look at your total available credit and ask you to close a few accounts as a condition for getting a loan."

You really didn't say much in your post. You just said I was wrong, with no explanation. Explain what part of what I said is wrong. If you are trying to raise your credit (meaning it is not good and needs to be raised), it is better to show that you can consistently pay on a loan. Having a low credit score but are able to pay off a debt fast one time is not going to raise it much. If you can show some consistency by paying the loan monthly or whatever frequency you want is better. My statements had nothing to do with already having good credit, and that was stated in my post. I also told people about how each company is different and that there is a lot of information out there so it is hard to know exactly what affects your score +/- absolutely. If you have 100k available credit, with 0 balance and apply for a 300k house, more than just your available credit lines are looked at. Payment history as you stated, income etc. If you have good credit and good income and 100k available, this might not be bad, but someone with a low score and modest income with 100k available will surey not help them. Waiting for the responses.............

Paying monthly payments is better for your credit (if it needs raised) If your min payment is 100, pay $120+. Credit companies like to see that you can spend and pay responsibly. If you rack up close to limit, then pay it all off, they look at that as not as good as 1k payed over 6 months. Again this is for those that need their credit raised. It shows responsibility and restraint. If your credit is good, then you don't have much of these problems, and probably don't carry a balance anyway. There is however conflicting advice when it comes to keeping a credit card open if you don't use it or if there is 0 balance. Some say you should keep it open and use it once a month and pay it off, others say to close it. It is a bit confusing because credit lenders look at the total you CAN charge. So if you have 5 cards with 10k limit and 0 balance, they still think you are a 50k risk. Recently companies have started to not look at closed credit accounts as a bad thing, so its pretty confusing to know exactly what is best. Obviosuly if you have 10 cards, closing some is a good idea, I think its a matter of discretion. More than you asked I know, but it is something to think about.

Someone made these with Doritos, but I like Tostitos chips with mild cheddar in the microwave as well. If I can't make it in less than 5 minutes, I don't eat it usually.
