  1. How do you sign up for the beginner school? Would this be something you recommend for me? Are you instructing this year?
  2. Separate into tabs for autocross and hpde? If you're looking for suggestions, that is.
  3. cortex owner talks like a retard no price on all those changes either. My guess is about 5k.
  4. There is a thread about this already, I think Ramsey posted it. I use the Otter Box Commuter Series. Perfect for me.
  5. Had jason and crew do carpet and some painting this past week in preparation for The move. Very flexible and everything turned out great!
  6. Aimhi is out in johnstown/new albany, and is a nice range. Get there when it opens, as it can get busy on the weekends.
  7. Are you interested in replacing the GT3 with one? It doesn't sound like it from your post above.
  8. It'll have a lot of work to do to compete with the EVO/STI being only FWD
  9. You certainly liked the Ford GT. :lolguy: :dumb:
  10. I'm liking this car on paper. In for more deets.
  11. optional cup 2 tires, LOL at Nismo GTR
  12. Aside from the already mentioned age of the article, there is a lot more to pricing a car, than currency conversion.
  13. Yep, 35 to 40k like the competition (sti, golf r, and outgoing evo)
  14. Indeed. Oh and ford gt lol. This is how you make a mid engine car beautiful.
  15. Jordan recommends Audi Q7s. Try those.
  16. You can autocross on any tire you want. The difference in a v12 vs a Hankook RS3 or BFG Rival (200tw tires) is huge. You'll be 1-3 seconds faster on them. If you want to have fun, drive on whatever you have. If you want to be the fastest you can be in your car, tires are everything. I did my first season (last half of 2013) on Sumitomo HTRZ3 (competitor to the Hankook v12) and had good results. Once I felt the tires were limiting me, I made the jump to a 200tw tire. Bring it out as is a few events and take notes, have people ride along and/or drive your car and you'll have plenty to work on between the ears.
  17. Tires are best bang for your buck. Try it as is then go from there. Tires, camber, shocks, sways, etc.
  18. I prefer to let my race pads shit corrosive dust all over my wheels/calipers/car. Then be shocked 6-10 times a year how bad the wheels look.
  19. The R uses a K04, and doesn't have the "unique" power dive at high RPMs that the MS3/6 do.
  20. Thats common boost (20-23) for the stock turbos on all of these types of cars. GTIs with tunes are about the same, maybe a hair lower. R as well.
