  1. Thanks for saving me from writing this. You said it much better.

Am I the only one that sees this topic to be the gender war of the car world?

Once modified to 1000HP, the Supra can identify as a Super car?

Unmodified Supra's haven't chosen if they are a super car or not yet, but like the attention like if they were modified. Yet, they don't want to got through all the trouble of being modified.

The most important question is still unanswered though. How do we know what pronoun to use?

  2. I can’t decide what to do. I think I want a 2018 Camry XSE 4 cly. I can’t get myself to get ride of my truck though. I don’t like stopping at the gas station all the time though.

Nobody WANTS a fucking Camry lol.

  3. Imo, fans that aren't absolutely ecstatic with this season need a reality check. They're fun to watch now, they're winning games and had the ability to win a few more than they did. Prettynotbad.
  4. Rotors, get oem blanks, one with a warranty wouldn't hurt. Powerstop trackday pads, cheap and work well overall. ate 200 fluid.

340tw Firestone indy500 are pretty great for what they are. I did a few track days on my GT with them and they wore so well, would recommend those for your first year on the stock wheels. Cheap too.

    Camber also.

Keep it simple as cordel said. Get.on track with the above relatively cheap route and gain experience. From there you can figure things out after some events.

  5. Planning on actually finishing out the last couple mods on the mustang since other items took precedence last year to keep it on the track.

Going to put the 4.56's in for the diff, and then the 2018 intake manifold and maybe GT350 throttlebody/cai if it plays nice with the tune. If funds allow a front splitter and maybe a wing if the rear needs help after the splitter. And then probably finish off with a new set of BFG R1 tires for it.

    Already bought a 10pack for Autointerests dates for 5/13 @ Mid Ohio, 5/25-26 @Gingerman, 6/29-30 @ Pitt Race, 7/12@ Mid Ohio, 8/3-4 @ Summit point and then 8/30-9/1@Pitt Race.

Plan is to try to get my car as close to NASA American Iron record times as I can for Gingerman, Mid Ohio and Pitt.

Rymer and I are going with a group of mustang owners to gingerman for that event. Let's try to meet up while there.

  6. I wish I had a good answer. I just DON'T like Mid Ohio.

I just don't have fun driving the track. I don't have a good reason why.

And...everytime I've gone in the past 3-4 years the weather is crap.

Im not saying I won't go with you guys but I'd much rather spend less money and have more fun @ Nelson. Ill take the the extra money and to go to Pitt once a year as well.

Funny because I have the opposite view. Wasn't a fan of Nelson from a course design perspective. Also, our event was the same price or more than a single day at mid Ohio, where are you finding cheap Nelson track time?

Rymer and I are doing gingerman in May, and I'd like to do Pitt also but we will see. Let me know if you plan a Pitt event.

inb4 cum to gingerman/laguna/dubai with us

Yeah, Derek, why do you do Nelson over mid Ohio?

    Do mid Ohio with us...

  8. Lmao. I'm assuming you're referencing my post. Give me a fucking break. It's not like I said I don't want him. I think Day is going to do a great job and I'm excited we have him. It doesn't need to be an Ohio guy. I stand by my statement that YES I do think it's hard for an outsider to understand the rivalry like someone who was born and grew up here. That doesn't mean I don't want him as coach.

I'm referencing the comment that has been flowing through all commentary on the subject since the announcement.

    It's a zero.zero argument.

It's not difficult to understand reality when you're in the middle of it, regardless of where you are "from." If it is, then well...you probably won't be very good at what you do.

  9. He coached in it for a couple years...I think he gets it as much as he can. He also has had Urban there stressing the rivalry. He'll be fine...

Point back to Cooper all you want, but we want the best chance to win, not just someone that "gets" the Michigan game.

I'm selling all this "not an Ohio guy" bull shit. Gross.

  10. The only reason these teams score 40 is because every pass over 15 yards is flagged for pass interference, or defensive holding. Nobody actually COMPLETES the big pass play in the Big 12. It’s either way over thrown, or it’s a close throw and nobody catches it and the flag is thrown.

Wife and I were just talking about that. Crazy.
