I would think of it as what the payments are as a percentage of your monthly income. Also assuming your saying you make 6 figures and are talking 30-40k cars you practically have to pull the trigger so that you can depreciate it against your taxable income.

That that is the way it often was and now that you are longer together she put in / should have put in for the change. Unfortunately money in your account doesn't make it your money. Girlfriends may as well be in the category of family as far is if you loan it money do so being ok to never see it again.

Ohio and Kurtz are doing 25% off bulk right now for what that's worth. Normally bagged is 2x -3x the cost of bulk. I prefer a coarse natural brown and a bottle of kill all. Anything that comes up as you go gets a bit of spray. Or you could get a shaker of preen but that's not normally cost effective in large applications

You can still salt concrete you just can't use cheap salt on concrete aka bulk/rock etc. Personally I think it depends on what you want out of this house? Also what's the neighborhood like? When I lived in dublin 95% of the neighborhood was concrete, in grove city 70% of my area is black top. Concrete will have less maintenance, more cost and a longer life. So alot of it is in what you want to spend and what you want/can get out of it later
