  1. Unfortunately, decisions about war are not made in a historical perspective. At the time, we did not know we were going to win the war. We had beat the Japs back to Japan, but we had a long road ahead with out Little Boy and Fat Man.
  2. My .02 Denny is auto dealer, he has to make money to keep in business. That is the bottom line. I find it funny how everyone likes to take home a paycheck, but the expect car dealers to work for free. When I buy a used car I inspect it. Do a compression test... put it on a rack and look to see if it has been wrecked. If you buy a Moded car EXPECT problems. Just like if you mod a car you WILL have problems. My advice is not to be on Denny nutz for selling cars. He is just trying to make money, just like you do at work.
  3. I paid $100. This is the best bang for the buck!
  4. Many of us may not be here if it was not dropped.... including me. Sad thing in human history, but had to be done.

Keepin it up top for a reminder!!
  13. You can take two boats of the same year, one one cherry shape, the other with a bad interior. The value my be thousands of dollar between them. If the the interior is good and the engine and drive are in good shape I would say it is worth mid 4's. I had a very similar boat I sold about 4 months ago the got bought it on ebay for 4600 using the buy it now feature. Before you buy something, take some one with you that knows boats to look at it!!! It may look good, but the devil is in the details. For example that boat has an Alpha One drive on it. The trim limit stitches cost about 1100 to replace at a dealer, and they are a consumable part.
  14. A new one is about 7k... I like to pay about 300-400 for them then use them for two years and throw them away when I am done.
  15. Your boy does not look like you at all...
  16. I hate to buy anything new and that goes for copiers. They are so expensive! The last one I bought on ebay abut 2 1/2 years ago for $300 is starting to give out and it is time for a new one. I am looking at this one on ebay click What do you think?
  17. The 7 in this thread looks HOT!!! Makes me want one!
  18. I did a little research... tell me if I have this straight. the rx-7 came with 2 rotor and the 3 rotor is a swap... is the big $$ or just a bolt up deal.
  19. Apple Valley lake is about 65 ft at its deepest part, most areas are about 20ft.

  21. If you want a lake house look at Apple Valley outside Mt. Vernon. The homes are nice, and the lake is CLEAN!
  22. Since when is pain a good indicator of problem? Tell that to a person with breast cancer, heart disease, diabetes, or any of the other disease processes that have pain as the very last symptom. One time episode add up over the years. How do you think you end up with people you have in the OR. I would venture to say that they had a few "one time incidents" prior to you seeing them.
  23. :bs: I guess that degenerative changes in the spine just appear without any cause at all.
