I have interviewed dozens of people in the last seven years. Two questions I always ask are... Can you tell me about yourself? This open question allows the person enough rope to hang themselves. I have had people tell me they want to go back to school in six months, they are trying to get pregnant, just got out of rehab and are getting straight. I love that question! Second I like to use is... Where do you see yourself in five years? I get to look at how long they plan to work for me, without asking directly.

Those wing tip vortices's will mess you up if you try to land a smaller aircraft too soon after one of those large planes!! Those pics are a good illustration of what the air off the tip does.

I thought it was a contender. A friend of mine has one. They have interchangeable barrels. I was at the range when my friend shot his with a .223. That was the scariest gun I have seen shot in person.

That is were I sold mine... I got 800 for it and the rear fenders were all bondo

I just sold it about a year and a half ago...I always wanted to do a 2.3 turbo. I got so good at working on that, I could pull the engine, replace the rear main seal, put it back in in less than 6 hours. By myself!
