  1. My drive is only about 100 ft long, but it is very steep. Even with an inch of snow, 4wd is required to get up the drive. For the first 7 years we lived here I used a lawn tractor with a blade and chains. I hated it because the chain are hard on the concrete. This year I bought a used king quad that had a blade. It works great. I just wish I had and winch on it.
  2. She needs to call 1-800-DENTURES
  3. LOL.... that was the first beer I got drunk on. My uncle got me drunk at about 6 years old. My mother could have killed him. Now days he would do a nickel in the pokey for that.
  4. I would look at the Oak and 18th street area..... good deals there
  5. What kind of statement is that? So a little padding on the steel post, or maybe a containment net is too much to ask?

    The New Domino's

Dominos is to pizza what McDonald's is to Hamburgers. Can you eat it? Sure. Will it fill a hole in you stomach? Yes. Is it good? Not really. Dominos is a pizza that will do in a pinch but it will never be a first choice for me. I even delivered for them in college and would pay for pizza from other places rather than eat a free pie from work. Dominos will never be a Tommy's or Massey's!!!
  7. A wise man once told me "it is cheaper to rent than it is to buy".... I did not listen.

  14. Will the chickens be whole or can we request to them to be pre cut. My wife does not like to cut up the whole bird. I would be interested in whole turkeys too.
  15. I would buy chickens! I hate the Tyson company as much as I hate Monsanto.

    Snow Storm

15+ inches here! I had to shovel the back yard so the dog could go potty. He is a black lab and he had show up to his chest.
  19. This thread is funny. I love to see all the people whine about hunting big game. What you don't realize is the hunting of big game has helped increase the populations of the animals. The money that comes from the hunts help the land owners maintain the habitats, therefore the people have a financial incentive to help grow and protect the game. I say fire away!
  20. Jon brings a good point. The foods that a in the stores today are not the same as they were 100 years ago. Most foods you buy are not foods at all they are food products. The nutrients are stripped during the processing of foods and then fortified at a later point. That is why whole food supplementation is essential today. I could write a book on the difference between whole food supplements and "GNC" garbage that is sold. Most of the stuff that is sold on the market today are only fragment of the original vitamin. Look at the picture below, that is a chromatogram of whole food vitamin c versus a synthetic ascorbic acid. As you can see the ascorbic acid is missing some things. The missing components are called micronutrients and are only found in nature, they cannot be synthesized in a lab. The missing micro nutrients are the major factor in making the rest of the complex work biochemically. This is why I said most of the stuff you guys are buying is junk. Sorry if you got your butts hurt, but save your money. If you are seeing good results it is not from your muscle milk or the protein concoction you brew up in your blender, it is from your hard work. http://www.integratedholisticsolutions.com/images/vit-C_chromatogram.jpg
