    Carpet?

Carpet allowance is a great selling tool to mention when someone starts showing interest in your place.
  4. our boy is back in town with a new Blue Aventador SV. THATS ALL
  5. Yes, you lay/draw it out first, I use magnetic/weldable clamps then you tack into place then weld. Precise machining may be different but this is what I do for structural work which probably has more tolerance than automotive.

  7. My money is on a motorcycle club rather than Mexicans
  8. Sam got me out of some bullshit about 12 years ago
  9. Your brokerage will send you a form with all the info at the end of the year. Holding less than a year is considered short-term capital gains and will be taxed greater than your long-term capital gains. Short term will be 10% to 40% depending on your bracket. Long term is taxed 0%, 15%, or 20% for most normal folk. Short and long capital gains is considered ordinary income.
  10. Tesla is only losing about 115 million a quarter which is nothing. They should eek out a operating profit soon.
  11. I picked up a Chevy express van for work with the plan of using it for boondocking in the future. Personally I am more interested in live-in quality rather than long haul drive quality/comfort. Ive been talking with the owner of (http://reconcampers.com/) off an on for awhile for tips/ideas etc. There are a ton of "youtubers" out there with all kinds of setups, I get hooked for hours on end getting ideas on youtube. I would lean towards a express van/sprinter or Ford ecoline van. With your price range you can do alot.
  12. Im pretty sure he lags the SP500. I vaguely remember reading an article stating that if he would have put his inheritance into the SP500 index in 1982 he would have 10 billion more in net worth today then what all his businesses are worth today.
  13. I plan on getting a bike and riding that trail fairly often this summer. Anyone got recommendations for a solid bike sub 2k?
  14. got to be this weekend? Southwest has cheap flights to Dallas not to far out datewise
  15. x2 I cant even comment in this thread. Its worthless speaking to any dem or person who thinks the country is going to shit even if Trump is elected. Hillary or any thing dem is more of a threat to the long term success of our country. Luckily we had a repub house that limited Obama's/Dem insanity and thats what will happen if Trump wins. Shit moves on, no one will force your guns or 401k away from you. Travel the world and see how good we have it. Media is for the sheep.
  16. Do you need a single? They go dirt cheap at the scalpers when the puck drops.
  17. Ive been taking cars to MAG since 2002. I believe I am only charged a fee when they look at something and do not do the work. Anything outside of regular maintenance has been absolutely super expensive but I feel I get quality work from MAG and dont have to worry about shotty work. Also, MAG has done great warranty work for me in the past even in cases over 50k miles and on a modified car.

    Woodworking

84 OR Contract should be able to take care of that for you.
  19. as a VW guy I'd like to see you in a Passat but my lil brother just got a new 3.6 Legacy and its pretty damn sweet. Heated rear seats and the adaptive cruise/auto stop/lane departure shit is super impressive.
  20. go in at like 4-6am the day of when money is credited to accounts, it's quite the scene. With that said entitlements and generations of it has caused its fair share of damage.
  21. my buddy Ben Kerns (http://www.okinsa.net/) (614) 212-4446 or 614-890-0383 tell him Andrew DeBellis referred you. He beats everyone on price with more coverage. He saved my girl over 1k a year compared to state farm even with more coverage. I believe he uses Geico aswell.
  22. I worked for and was an early investor in a local PODs competitor called BINs. http://www.gotbins.com they do not do out of state shipping atm. If you are staying in town give them a try. (I am no longer affiliated/or invested). Only problem I have with PODs is it's owned by a Saudi holding company.
  23. LEADERS is pretty damn good, very respectful and fast.
