The miata will be there. Still trying to get some tires. I didn't know Azenis were on three month backorder. Anybody selling a set of 14" slicks/race tires along with a set of wheels?! I'm watching miata.net, grassrootsracing, and craigslist. Anywhere else to look?

Hahaha! what a messy creation! Would laugh when the car pulled up next to me. Would laugh again when it romped my slow ass from a stop while kicking up dirt with the rear wheels! Cool project Matt, I too own a miata (something that I claimed I would never do). Then I got into autocross, drove a few other miatas around the course and realized how much I was missing in my heavy, expensive, unstable FWD. In my book, the Miata is a perfect weekend car - cheap, fun, and impractical! You should drive/race one before passing judgement. No doubt the car's "cute," but that doesn't make the driver gay (atleast I hope not!).

Fast course, great time, man I love RWD! My car oversteers alot That diamond section was a little too much for me though - ended up backwards on my second run!

I saw a silver one of these last night, and I must say that, in person, the new Accord looks ALOT better than in the pictures. The coupe is fairly sporty for a large, Japanese, commuter.
