  1. One had 52K miles and one had 34K miles that sold for over $40K 1994 and 1995 model years. That is what Bringatrailer shows. Edit: The higher mileage one was a Tom Walkinshaw Racing edition as well.......
  2. Shows 1.3 hours for the "combination switch" which it sounds like the flimsy stalk is taking a crap. Worst case scenario you have to pull the airbag, steering wheel, column clam shells, and unbolt the switch. Shows a quick dealer price at $445, but can likely find elsewhere much cheaper.
  3. I've got the MR2 at the shop today! Tops coming out after work for sure.
  4. Probably going to get the Formula Ford down for this. Wasn't planning on it this year, but sounds like some fun!
  5. Yikes, sounds more like a road course than an autocross.
  6. Well, now that's tempting to get the Formula Ford up and running this season. Edit: would be fun to do a combined time class. Run the 1/4 and the autocross course.
  7. Hammer a torx into it. Or the next size up triple square.
  8. Also, this.........you are telling me that after barely getting through the city to build a proper race facility that they were going to be able to allow a group to drag race there without barriers or anything and potentially jeopardize an already fragile situation? Come on guys, think about this.......things just aren't quite making sense.......
  9. I find it really hard to believe that they would give this group the nod to race there after the SCCA had so much invested in helping them get the zoning and permits to even begin to be able to build SPARC/the race facility.
  10. Nothing like hyping something that wasn't locked in to begin with I guess.
  11. Right. The "shut down" area was a weed covered broken up asphalt that we weren't racing on 10+ years ago.
  12. You should note in the comments that there isn't an event page for this because they are still "wrapping up details". So, stay tuned for what actually may happen..........
  13. I posted about it on the OVR SCCA forum since they had a huge hand when the property was pushing to be a race facility. EDIT Per SCCA contact on the forum - Nope. Trust me on this, my source couldn't be any higher up the ladder. That was not a permitted activity and those folks were trespassing. The police will be present on the 31st to prevent any further trespassing. Cooper is not available for racing/motorsports at this time. (Bummer) Bruno
  14. I'm over here like, who are they in contact with so maybe SCCA can start autocrossing there again............
  15. I wear Timberland Pro Series. With that said I haven't branched out a whole lot from them, but I also don't have many complaints. I replace them like once a year.
  16. Man, beater trucks are the worst thing to shop for. When you say "beater" what sort of price range are you trying to be in?
  17. Spring compressor (suspension related) Large press (wheel bearings, etc....) Small lathe Drill Press Media blaster Short - off the top of my head
  18. The Miata Club as mentioned is a little abrasive as far as getting “in” the social circle although I’m not the most socia person either though. The UFO/MORPCA events are where I enjoy my time. The SCCA group is super nice, but I find myself missing the 2005ish era of cool oldsvcool SCCA guys/gals that had some great tips and tricks.
  19. I mean call out some of these autocross Dickheads lol. NAME NAMES DAMNIT
  20. Clicked in seeing Doc and winter meet on main page, disappointed it wasn't involving the warehouse.
  21. This sheet is solllddddddddd
  22. I can't even take this comment seriously.

I more than likely have what you need. I need to verify the size, but I believe it is a 55" LG with appropriate inputs. It may be a 50" just can't recall off the top of my head.
  24. "Life's too short to drive boring cars" 100% applies regardless of what the duty of the vehicle is.
