  1. I have a rolling black/black interior 1991 FC RX7 with a T56 and some mods that I could be swayed to let go of for the right price.......
  2. Jones had a TTRS early on, I believe Jordan at Jet ended up with the car when Jones switched to the GTR. Jordan may have some good insight on them if I recall. They are a heck of a car out of the box. Perhaps not exotic enough, but the noise they make is incredible.
  3. Jeff Glancey at Honest Speed Shop locally is a Bilstein dealer and is super competitive on pricing. Just a fyi......
  4. That's how you ruin Tire Pressure sensors, and piss off your mechanic the next time the tire comes off.
  5. +1 for Aarrow, that's who we use for all of our vintage stuff. They also do gas tanks for anyone reading and needing that service.
  6. I think I have a 1/18 scale model of a Cobra, and the Shelby Series 1
  7. Always enjoy your reviews. Thanks for the post, good info!
  8. We service a DCT 135i that has a bunch of the Dinan catalog thrown at it and it makes great power. Intake, intercooler, oil cooler, Cobb hard pipes, axle back, and tune. We also put a Wavetrac limited slip diff in
  9. Trade for 2012 Golf R with 62K miles? Solid price
  10. I was informed the same thing yesterday, thank you for the thought.
  11. I'll check in with him. Thanks!
  12. Looking for a used Xbox1, we had one graciously on loan (sort of) from a friend and have recently returned it to its home. We enjoyed having the extra one for our second TV. Doesn't need to be anything fancy, it can even have only 1 controller. Would love to have the cables with it. Thought to ask here before going a different route.
  13. I will say the 1 Honda F20 motor I got out of JDM Midwest ran excellent and was very clean, but dealing with them in person is a must. They had a RB they were selling that the upper radiator neck on the intake was physically broken off, didn't say a word about it and we ended up finding it on the inspection at their facility.
  14. I'd stay away from JDM Midwest in Cincinnati. Had multiple encounters with them and lackluster service. However JDM City Virginia? Is where I bought my Gen4 3SGTE from. Happy with that experience. Had it shipped though.
  15. I don't think it needs to be that high, but the newer generation Porsche's make the early water cooled models look like a joke both in quality and performance.
  16. MR2 - Drive it - Maybe reupholster a set of Recaro's I bought for it Talon - Make it run on all the cylinders, run a brake line, start cleaning the interior up RX7 - Watch for miscellaneous parts for LS swap - not in a hurry 911 - Figure out if the motor is hurt badly enough to warrant a engine pull to repair Gemini Formula Ford - Oil change, alignment, tidy some wiring, carb tuning Sell the Golf, replace the wifes daily with something newer Yes, I have too much going on as usual
  17. I have had mixed issues putting LED's in newer vehicles because they don't have high enough resistance for the electrical circuits. If your car uses the headlights also for daytime running lights forget about it. If you have fog lights, they may not work properly because the LED's don't have enough resistance. I have had continued success with HID's with the auxiliary ballasts in vehicles where LED's did not work. Just my experience. I do prefer LED's, more plug and play, less to mess with. The ones I buy are just whatever is on Amazon with a ton of high-ish reviews. I have Hikari's currently in 3 vehicles.
  18. When I joined I had a Fiero GT, but winter set in and I bought the MR2 during that winter. So, when I met most of ya'll I had the MR2. The Fiero still lives on this board though.........
  19. Clay -WheelMedic has a room packed full of center caps and what not that they have accumulated. May make you a deal locally on them? Just an option.
  20. I carry a slim non folding Coach wallet from the outlet store. ($30) Has an clear ID front and holds like 5 cards. I carry cash separate and not often.
  21. So, is Uber and Lyft lobbying for front plates in all of the other states that don't require it?
  22. Wheel Medic, hands down. They have 2 machines that don't touch the wheel aside from through the center hub bore. Plus they are competitive with the chain places on pricing anyways if that matters.
  23. Actually get the Formula Ford out T-Top seals for the MR2 Start accumulating parts for the 911 rebuild Talon/RX7 sit on the back burner currently
  24. The release video that involves Ken Block driving is pretty funny. Ken looks so under whelmed as do the people in the back seat. At least compared to putting people in a Tesla.
