So i got this months mag today (sport compact car) and the line up for the Ultimate Sports Car Challenge is set. Who is it gonna be? Subaru WRX aimed at 460whp built w/ his 16 y/o son BMW 2002 powered by a M20 engine Audi S4 powered by the Audi V6 BiTurbo claimed 500whp C5 Z06 Supercharged..claiming 500-550whp no internal engine mods R34 Skyline GTR V-Spec claiming 527whp Infiniti G35TT from the June of 06' issue 400whp track day car MKIV Supra single GT61 turbo 600whp LS1 300zx Dynoed 440whp no internal mods Ariel Atom 2 "stock" has the SC cobalt SS motor Acura Integra Midengine RWD H22A N/A I'm curious to see how the atom will do, but I'm thinking based on what they are tested on the Audi might do pretty well. They did a nice job picking cars this year, really diverse group. Track lap, fuel economy, 1/4 mile, dyno, gross display of HP, presentation, streetability judged by a senior citizen. I think thats most of it.

Well thats what you get into when you street race. It's like high school drama all over again. If you like to street race so much then you have to deal with the drama i guess. A lot of men cannot take losing, cannot take being told they are wrong etc.... Have fun out there!

Junkyard air ride? It may be tough to find good bags, and if you do pulling them out is another case. Not so sure on how you would need to mount them, but you would need four "bags" and run air lines from each one to an air compressor. Then wire switches to bleed air out or pump them up......"Roots explanation" I wish i had a winter project. Good luck with that, body looks clean and has a lot of potential.

How about delivering parts? Like say NAPA or car quest for example. Get to know some cool people in the automotive field and it's "safe". It seems like they could always use drivers. Biggest thing is what are you interested in. Get a job you will enjoy. If you like movies or video games work at a trade in place like play it trade it for example.

Jag cats will be worth a lot. We had a dual cat set up off a BMW and our converter guy paid about $215 for them. That was early this year when prices were at a high. Better to sell them to a salvage yard for sure. Most Jaguar owners will just pony up and buy new cats if they need them.

Nobody here has bough the flat bed that sits up at QSL for $5500 yet???? Jeez solves all your problems.
