  1. Flat rate is 6.3 hours. Are you seeing coolant inside the truck? If not, you could still smell coolant from inside the truck if it's leaking in the bay.
  2. It's not an electric car, so, cool!
  3. Acura TL and enjoy not having major repair bills.
  4. I want to say we have seen that car at Cars and Coffee at Lennox in the past.
  5. My .02 is that if you are near the top of capability and being a Jeep, a trailer with brakes will be important. This will require a "round" 7 pin connector instead of the standard straight 4 pin. It will also require a brake controller if it doesn't already have all of this. Being a Grand Cherokee you will likely need a "drop". If you know people who have hitches it's more convenient to try 1 or 2 different ones to get the results you are looking for. Condition of the rear shocks will be something to pay attention to and possibly upgrade to a "air" shock, I would wait to see how hard it squats when it's loaded. Since you are pulling the Fiero the length of the trailer and the relation to the length where the axles are mounted will determine whether you load it forwards or backwards. Most 16' trailers have the axles too far forward and will require the car on the trailer backwards. You want a majority of the load over the axles with some forward tongue weight. My 20ft trailer is long enough that I load the MR2 forwards because the axles are so far back on the deck.
  6. My Accord sold, so I'm now "stuck" driving this as my temporary car while other stuff is getting serviced. I'll re-list when I'm ready to move it again!
  7. You should be able to find complete setups on Facebook or Craigslist for under $250. Under $150 would be a "excellent" deal. They are easy to install yourself. That is outrageous for a new one haha.
  8. The load leveling for me is less about the flatness of your set up, but it acts as a sway control in windy conditions or rough road conditions. It also acts as a secondary suspension and typically is a much smoother ride on long trips. It settles the trailer down over big bumps on uneven bridge transitions.
  9. Load leveling hitches are totally worth it at that weight especially considering how close you are to the "maximum" capability of the truck.
  10. 2003 Honda Civic - No Rust - Clean title Burgundy exterior, tan interior 133K miles 5 speed manual 4 door Functioning A/C Factory Am/FM radio with cassette (rare) Brakes more than 50% life left Tires - 7/32-ish Kelley brand Suspension has no rattles/drama Clutch feels strong New radiator, wiper blades, fresh synthetic oil change, coolant flush Timing belt history at the shop I work at around 110K with water pump No check engine light or anything at this time Car sat outside, roof clear coat peel, trunk and hood less bad Headlights need restored Has some scrapes from the previous elderly owner It has a oil leak, looked to be in the pan/front crank seal area. It wasn't bad enough that we felt it necessary to fix it. Customer never complained about it. Car never came in low on oil. I bought it simply to fix it up and flip it, I have put some miles on it it drives really well. I was going to drive it through the winter but decided the Accord I have is more comfortable. Asking $2,000, yes I can be a little negotiable. It's 2020 and I still don't do pictures on here, message me with a cell or email for photos.
  11. *** MR2 - Drive it - Maybe reupholster a set of Recaro's I bought for it Talon - Make it run on all the cylinders, run a brake line, start cleaning the interior up RX7 - Watch for miscellaneous parts for LS swap - not in a hurry 911 - Figure out if the motor is hurt badly enough to warrant a engine pull to repair Gemini Formula Ford - Oil change, alignment, tidy some wiring, carb tuning Sell the Golf, replace the wifes daily with something newer Yes, I have too much going on as usual *** MR2 - the seat thing fell through, still on the list. Talon - didn't touch it much, tried to sell it RX7 - Sold it, but did find all the LS swap stuff and resold it. 911- Yes the motor is hurt, it comes out in 2 weeks for rebuild Gemini - Did all of it, didn't drive it except for around the block. Will likely be selling it. Still have the wife's R, it is for sale.
  12. Can it be a manual? Not 100% sure if I have one, but asking for reference.

    GPK Closing

My Dad has like 5 shifter karts at this point and was talking about down sizing........buy something actually fun to drive at Circleville! It's waaaaaaayyyyyy cheaper to run your own kart there then pay the prices for indoor karting at half the speed. Yes, I'm aware that Circleville is all there is, and for the dollars spent it's impossible to beat at this time for full size car fun. Karts really shine on that track though.
  14. You will not fit plywood sheets between the wheel wells. I have a 2005 Tundra with the 6.5' bed and I have rarely been in a situation where the bed is "not adequate" for what I'm trying to do. Perhaps at times I may have to make an extra trip, but no task stands out as being a huge inconvenience. My dad uses a hard tonneau cover on his bed and rarely has to take it off for moving stuff. He may chime in on that topic. I would say likely the 4Runner is going to be the better "deal" when it comes to age vs. miles. More up to you in how you choose to use it for utility.
  15. Tacoma all day Just realize to grab a lower mileage one in that price range it will be an older model (which is fine). Pickup trucks are one of the worst vehicles to shop for and buy. 2nd edit: I'm also a big time Jeep hater. I just don't understand the appeal.
  16. Not many to be honest, we offer tire installation as a convenience, not as a money maker. We charge $125 for mount/balalnce. They probably pick up 40-60 every other month or so.
  17. Having a loft is super nice. I do plan on adding a way to get parts up to it other than carrying stuff up and down stairs.
  18. Liberty Tire charges us $2.75/tire. We take in some for free if Steve's tires has come and taken a handful recently.
  19. It's super frustrating. My wife and I are over here just keeping our heads down, doing the best we can to do our part. Regardless of peoples ideas of reality, we are all a big "team". Even if masks help minimize the transmission to some "small" percentage, it's still not a inconvenience to wear one. Like, have ya'll ever worn a full face helmet? It's hardly any different.
  20. Great home tool! I use it in the shop somewhat frequently also.
