So, after going through this new garage I can across this electric motor. I can't find anything specifically about it at all. Here is what the plaque says on it.

SO, I know that Packard Electric Division was created by General Motors, which would eventually become Packard-Delphi, which would become Delphi. They produced electrical components for GM's assembly line.
I can't find anything about this particular motor, when it was built, what it's worth, what it went to, nothing. I ASSUME it was V-Belt driven based on the pulley on the nose, but other than that I dunno.
