I tried setting up a CR autox event. Not as easy as it looks. The people on CR are great about getting the information needed to get the ball rolling. The people outside of CR that are in charge of locations, insurance, cones, etc are not that good at responding. I called, sent emails, etc and have yet to be contacted by anyone outside of CR. I know they are busy, but I tried for 3 months before giving up last year. If you guys really want it to happen stop bitching from the back seat and take the keys...

You make an excellent point. I have found that the level of intelligence on this site has taken a turn for the worse. I admit that I am unsure as to what initially caused the decline. It could possibly be rap music or the fact that children have high speed cellular internet pulsating through their brains. Either way our country is full of young kids with the mental intelligence of a trolley stuck in reverse. This is why I am all for legalizing marijuana. If I am under the influence of drugs then it would be a lot easier to deal with people. Not only that I would be able to write exceptional rap lyrics and maybe teach kids rather then destroy their brain. The end result will ultimately be me typing a very long paragraph just like you. The only difference is you made sense with your grouping of words while I'm typing out the side of my ass while eating a bowl of fruity pebbles.

Not to scare you but my furnace started doing that before I had to have it worked on. The fan burned out on it. It was still blowing hot air but the air flow was a lot less than it was suppose to be. Try to insulate some windows and see if that helps. Being cold outside can do that with poor insulation or a cracked window somewhere. Oh, forgot to add the furnace was making a whining noise.

Was the thermostat showing 64 but set to 70?

Yeah, that happened to me last week. My laptops battery died and somehow reset my clock. Couldnt get onto almost any site without that warning message.

Both are needed. Sodium actually helps regulate blood pressure, and does its electrolyte thing with nerve and muscle function. Iodine is more for the thyroid. I would have to blow the dust off of my books or google it but I'm pretty sure that's right.

Take it for what its worth but here are a few things that can help. Work more fruits, vegatables, and nuts into your diet. This is going to help your body get the nutrients it needs to heal itself. Drink water and 100% juice. Stay away from pop, beer, etc. Excercise.. Its as simple as a couple 12-20 minutes walks after you eat. If you want you can gradually work up to a more intense workout, but make sure you check with a doctor first. Go to the grocery store and look at things like pizza, soup, low fat meals, etc. What you will notice is all of these usually have way more sodium than you need. Even low sodium soup is pretty high compared to other foods. Low sodium just means its lower than the non low sodium kind. Just keep in mind that salt is a needed part of the body so you want to talk to your doctor/nutritionist to see how much you should have per day. The amount most people post is a blanket estimate. In reality your lifestyle, weight, age, etc helps determine how much you need. Finally.. find a way to relax. People always think sodium when they hear high blood pressure, but stress is worse than salt. Note: I'm not a doctor, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night . Hope this gives you a good starting point for your conversation with your doctor.
