Thats a tough one. Kobe is proven... but Lebron is currently proving himself like very few have. I would have to take Kobe(I'm 60/40 on this) because he has finally learned how to make the people around him better. He has more playoff experience and is better in the clutch. Kobe has something to prove and he's not going to quit until he wins a championship without Shaq.

Cut the jobs that are not needed, close the dealerships that are 1 mile from other dealerships, and make smart business decisions going forward. If someone with a history of fail asked for my money I'm going to do two things.... I would say hell no, or I would say yes and look over the project to assure they dont fail again.

The resale value of a stock WS6 averages $13k with his mileage. A stealership would probably sell it for $16K.
