No, because he blew over one car causing his vehicle to go airborn and still continued on to take out the side of the BMW not braking until he was in mid air tells me he was driving like an ass-hat. Physics lesson not needed nor is a radar gun to see this. My guess is he never drives defensively and is clearly not thinking of those around him, namely pedestrians or other drivers. His behavior and driving habits lead him to not have full control of his vehicle and thus contributed to some extent to the accident. I bet he better understands that Karma is a bitch. He was going fast enough to hit cars on both sides of the road, go airborne and still not stop quickly. No stretch needed to see his speed wasn't slow. If he wasn't driving like an ass-hat he wouldn't have "act defensively" One could say he should be driving defensively; especially in what appears to be an urban area with so side street entrances like that and people all over. we don't know the speed limit but I think it's fair to say he was going faster than good judgment given he didn't have time to even hit his brakes or as you said didn't see the car that pulled out. He certainly no defensive driver that's for sure.

reports are showing that GM never recalled the Saturn lineup for the power steering prior. my wife's best friend checked her car that was recalled originally and it needs to come back yet again! the point of this matter is that GM knew there was a problem and never notified the proper authorities and ignored the problem overall. I take this matter personally as my family lost a friend and teacher from my home town of Lyndhurst, Ohio to this problem. Tell her family that it's not a big deal, but be prepared to get some choice words in return. Honda is giving away engines while GM is hiding the fact that they needed to fix ignition switches with a $.57 part. What's to rant about.

Considering GM Didn't recall ALL vehicles made with these defective parts, I don't agree the matter is being blown out of proportion. Especially since we're finding out about the ignition problems that were never reported. I like how the article quotes "When we have answers, we will be fully transparent with you, with our regulators, and with our customers." Like anyone is going to believe that bullshit.Transparency should have occurred years ago. Sorry GM you don't get a second chance at credibility.

In Ohio insurance follows the owner of the car, thus my father took a slight risk with me borrowing "his car" However, he did so all through college too and he was good with that :gabe: Payment wise, I simply wrote him a check. don't know. I can say when I lived in Toronto back in the early 2000's I never moved my plates. I "borrowed" my relatives car that was registered in Ohio. Only had one speeding ticket while there. No one ever bothered me.

Move and don't own a car. Give it to your parents and say they are letting you borrow it for a short time. Not sure how all that works though.

I have tested and confirmed it fixes the GPS issue. Thankfully. Phone is also noticeably faster. As if it wasn't already a fast device.

Check your phones. Cross our fingers that this fixes the AT&T GPS Issue.
