  1. She took a shit I suppose Saw this and I'm sure there are many others. Hand-to-Mouth disease. Just put the fucking fork down, have a dentist wire your mouth shut, something.....
  2. Don't stress too much. Had it happen twice. So long as the hole where the nail is is clean and the wound doesn't get infected it.will grow back. Our boxer has done that twice running around the yard.
  3. ^^ Have not used their sound bars, but the kids media room at our house is 18x26 and their sub $300 surtound system blows me away and sounds fantastic. No shit. Would absolutely try their products again. http://www.parts-express.com/bic-formula-fh56-bar-speaker-bar-system--303-442 ^^ Would buy if I was looking for one.
  4. I have no experience with Tamer on outside they make a good macro lens. Flash wise if you are outdoors all you will.need is a small external for fill flash. You'll still want a diffuser.
  5. Ok. Get the one I linked you to or an L. You will thank.me later.
  6. You mean going away from a crop body? I thought you had a Rebel vs a full frame 5D or 6D, etc... ? Then get a fast lens aka f/2.8 or better. The one I linked you to is great, but doesn't have much of a zoom. It's a good pit area lens for sure. Track side get a 70-200. You won't need IS on it. Sigma's latest version is 100% solid and may save you some coin. Yep. Get a good 580ex or better, a few diffusers and an off camera bracket and you'll be set.
  7. Personally go with either an L-Lens or this one. The only thing keeping it from being an L Series is the weather sealing and the fact that it is an EF-S made for Crop Body cameras. If you may eventually go full frame, go L-Series. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/425812-USA/Canon_1242B002AA_EF_S_17_55mm_f_2_8_IS.html Spectacular for indoor car shows, etc. Wide enough, sharp enough and has 4 stop IS. /thread IMO.
  8. I'm the man of the house and learned long ago to let the wife do her thing on Friday and be the one to take the Urban Assault Van out to the malls or where ever she goes. No thanks. Her and her sisters and mom tear it up and I pity the bastards around them. Me, I'm bringing my dad over here, and the kids and us are going to goof the hell off playing games, watching TV, eating leftovers and generally being guys.....with the exception of my 7 year old daughter who gets to carry a man-card for the day. :fa:
  9. I'd go with the new Air or at the very least, better than the iPad 2. Things evolve too fast anymore. iPads are perfect for the above. Especially gaming since games and attention spans are cheap and short. Better than a DS game for sure. Not to mention more versatile. We have four in the house. One for the family, one for each kid (school issued) and then one for my job. They all get great usage. We use them for face time/Skype on days like today. Our webcam on the Computer never gets used. I'd recommend getting the Logitec Keyboard too. Especially if you plan on doing emails and web typing on it. Well worth the money. Love ours. This is a great deal too. Use a target card and get an additional 5% off.
  10. Check out Target. They are having a great deal on iPads and gift cards, etc. This year seems to be the year prices on them will really be discounted.
  11. Needs more pics of pies doesn't it? Will supply later :gabe:
  12. Right back at you! Only one dinner here today. We usually entertain the family. Wife had the house smelling like Pumpkin Pie, Lemon Meringue Pie and Fudge yesterday. Today I woke up to the great smells of Turkey Day food beginning downstairs. I'm drooling right now. The best part is when family starts arriving all with food in hand. So much to be thankful for that's for sure. Enjoy the week everyone!
  13. ^^ is all anyone really needs to know. He was a fucked up individual as are many. That's what caused him to go wacko. You can't fix fucked up crazy people. I don't care what anyone says. The Health Professionals referenced are just covering ass.
  14. Thanks for the link! Looking into it now.
  15. PM Derek aka Turbo Rust or Call over to IPS. Both aren't close to you but are ones I've had personal experience with my vehicles being cared for and are reputable. PPC aka pickups plus cars is another site sponsor that I enjoyed working with. Can't go wrong with those three.

    Jeep LOL

Kinda reminds me of a Jeep version of the VehiCROSS. or Again, a mouse in a trap. http://tonybruntphotography.com/Wordpress/wp-content/gallery/pods/POD-Mouse_in_trap.jpg
  17. I'm with you....looking at a 10yr old minivan as something one would want to own is equivalent to saying a 77yr old grand mother is a chick one want to bang........NOT.
  18. it's not really that confusing. for us to have bough a comparable Oddessy was $9,600 more. the vehicle was nearly identical in terms of equipment and ride. Quality aside, the 100k warranty is nice peace of mind. Especially considering Honda isn't exactly what they used to be quality wise. the main difference will be in resale value. even then will it be $9,600 different? Doubtful. Yhoo shows 2007s go for $12-14k today. Our Entourage $9-10k range for simliar miles. In the end, I took the $9,600 difference on day one and wouldn't have it any other way.
  19. Not entirely true. We bought our minivan at 4mos. old with 4k on the ODO and it was only $500 to secure the full 100k warranty through their "certification" processes BS. The 5/60k warranty is up but the power train and pricey stuff is covered until 100k. Our has nearly 80k on it and the only true costs to us are wear and tear things like breaks, a tie rod and while I'm not happy the Power Steering pump needed done and one could question it needing done at 70k, our van does see mostly suburban mom driving and makes more turns than most politicians.

    Jeep LOL

Speaking of Jeeps....saw this in a parking lot the other day. Not a fan of such a dramatic change on the outside, but looking inside, the changes there are very nice. The front end reminds me of a mouse squashed in a snap-trap. http://i541.photobucket.com/albums/gg378/pdqgp/jeep_zps51200b80.jpg
  21. You need to host a steak cook-off. :gabe:
  22. Might have to try this soon but I can't help but drool while being outside grilling. Usually have my first beer while doing so. Yes, even if it's snowing out
  23. why would anyone try that in a Honda Insight ? :dumb:
  24. Ironically I met him live today at the Philly airport. He was just sleeping in a chair at his gate which was right across from us. Class act as while he was waking up and gathering his things, he took the time to shake hands and say hello to nearly two dozen of us simpletons who enjoyed all he's brought to life through his work.
