I've been all over Ohio up and down 75 and 71 and on 70 this week and found the new found love for keeping right thanks to all the cruising fools in the fast lane. Like you so damn many are cruising 70mph on the nose (new limit) in the far left and now must think that's their new home. Fuck it, after about 1hr of that shit, I decided to just stay in the center and right lanes and cruise down the road at my now typical 75-78mph speed. What I like about it is I can shield myself from the cops in the median or in oncoming lanes using the car to my left. Sure, one could say I'm "passing on the right" but not really as I'm simply keeping right (not that I care anyway) and not once did a OSP or cop ever flinch. One time I sped up to about 85mph in the far right lane putting a semi between me and the OSP cruiser. He never had a clear line of sight to me with laser and must not have even paid any mind as he just kept shooting traffic with laser like I wasn't there...and i wasn't :gabe: Even just today, OSP set up on the far left berm of 270 between the water towers and Sawmill on Westbound. I was just right of center at 78mph. Saw him in plenty of time so no worries, but there's nearly always a minivan or SUV to put in my line of sight anyway so I didn't even have to slow down much if any.

count me in. We need to get quotes from Sam too. Not sure if he "needs" the work but he might consider it easy pickings and basically pretty easy stuff. It's just a few driveways.

Yeah, I'm going to claim self defense because I got pushed. Pretty hard to justify. Again tray is at fault if he went that far off the deep end because of a shove. Evidence doesn't show the above. Reasonable doubt goes both ways but a self-defense claim puts the burden of proof upon the dead victim.

Is there ant evidence trayvon was even struck once? At all? I didn't see any indication that Zimmerman did anything. What kind of "conflict" that results in zero evidence of a punch, etc would justify breaking a nose, pushing one down so hard as to bruise his tailbone, cause black eyes and end up sitting on his chest as you bash their head in? Vs just walking away.

Look into temp controlled fans in the attic to suck hot air out. We use one of these in our mater bedroom on occasion too. Really helps pull the cool air up from the lower level. Check the duckwork and insure that the open/close handles are in the open position for the floors upstairs. I wouldn't be surprised if they are closed for the upper floors and open for the lower levels. http://inspectapedia.com/aircond/ducts/Duct_Controls651-DFs.jpg I would strongly advise against blocking any of the cold air returns on the lower level. You'll strangle the natural closed system flow intended and put undue strain on the blower motor. You can also look into leaving the blower motor on 24x7 for a day or so and see how that load balances the system. If it works you can look into getting a dual speed fan for the house. Our system is set up with a dual speed fan as an option. On really, really hot humid days, we can leave it run in low (barely audible) when the compressor for the AC is off. Kicks up to 100% when the AC comes on.

Yes, SYG and Self Defense were both applied to the defenses case. Thus again, in Florida, I believe Zimmerman is not able to be prosecuted civilly as that's one of the main points within SYG. Doing so would be a form of double jeopardy. It's a good law too. It's what allows me to shoot/kill an intruder in my home and not have to worry about the fuckers family profiting from his crime that eventually lead to his own death.

Doubtful such a case will even be heard. I haven't pulled details on it, but IIRC, Stand Your Ground and being found to have shot him in Self Defense will thus protect Zimmerman from any Wrongful Death lawsuit. Thus why the family will have to look at the HOA for money...but I do believe they were offered a settlement already.

I disagree. Hopefully this is a message to everyone to get involved. Block Watch and community involvement is way more powerful than the a few cops. Fuck minding my own business. Not advocating the Zimmerman approach but if ones neighborhood is experiencing a boosted level of crimes, the last thing anyone should do is simply mind their own business.

Agree. This case also proves that it's best to shoot to kill too. The best thing going for Zimmerman is the star witness for the prosecution is dead.
