  1. They need to run this during the nightly news. I'd suggest back to back runs too.
  2. Columbus Laser And Cataract Center I work with ECP's all day long. The above is one I would recommend. PM me with any questions. I'll need to discuss RX details to help provide full insight.
  3. Good commercial. Needs more chics in a chic car though.
  4. I've not lost much wieght but have shed 3 inches in my waist recently by shifting around what I eat and how often. I'm pressed for time, but have committed to adding about 30-40 minutes of cardio exercises to my morning at least 4 days per week. Dreamfields is a healthy pasta if you have to have some. Navy beans and brown rice also are protected carbs that fill you up but pass through you. I eat them and bananas to fill up and lesson cravings. I start my meals with veggies too. 2x the main course. I've also added Glucomannan to my diet. My brother in law from Japan told me about it. It's a natural fiber that expands in the stomach and absorbs fats. The absorbed fats are eliminated from the body and do not undergo digestion, thus nullifying the calorific effect. I use the powder form, 1/2 teaspoon in 8oz water before meals. You'll eat far, far less and feel full with no urge to snack. Works great. Helps when eating sweats too as it slows the digestion and thus no ups and downs of sugar.
  5. Someone here buy this then come do my yard this spring. I've never been happy with manual edging jobs.
  6. Ben's out looking for pics of an 84yr old > any of my posts recently :lolguy:
  7. Cool story. One would think with all the damn money Gee makes, he'd get laminates or at least a strong teeth whitening. Damn!
  8. Read or listen to? Like you're doing, I do a lot of audio books, but in terms of actually reading, none. I've not read an entire book for nearly 20yrs. Can't do it. I would much rather listen or watch. My wife and kids read tons of books. They each have a kindle or e-reader of some sort and my wife even formed her own book club that meets regularly, but not me. Sad perhaps, but I don't feel there's much of a difference between listening or reading except perhaps time. I spend a lot of time behind the wheel driving and listening. No way I have that much time to sit and read.
  9. So when was the last time you had a plane ride for 3.5hrs with an 84 yr old passenger next to you and laughed your ass off. She was filled old time stories off her raising hell. Carried a cane onto the plane that the flight attendant had me hold against the window as we landed. The old lady Eve commented that it was a "weapon" a couple times. I thought she was referencing beating someone with it. As we are about to land she has me flip a button and twist. Out pops a 6" blade. I was like :fuckyeah: She had it custom made so that when it's in the sleeve, it looks as if it's one-piece thus goes through the manual scan with nothing more than a glance and wave of a wand. If that wasn't enough, she reaches into her hand bag and I swear I was betting she had a gun....but no....however, she did have both TX and OH CCW permits :fuckyeah: Old lady was a trip. Had an iPad, Smart Phone and was working on a recently upgraded laptop that she put on Windows 7 Pro, etc...was very tech savvy. Showed me pics of her dead husband and their old-school rides. Some nice stuff too. Keeps a nice 68 SS Chevy at their place off the coast of Texas. Cliffs: I had a blast with a tech savvy, kick ass, fearless 84yr old who while she's getting old, promises to die while having fun. Props to Eve.
  10. Yes. Reliable too. I have a hammer less 5 shot that slips into my pocket with ease. Great for a carry piece. We keep a .357 in the nightstand too. Not so much for power as its really overkill, but for the fact that you don't have to worry about springs in a clips, jams or mis feeds ect. Add in a couple speed loaders and it offers more than enough capability.
  11. It was Fucking CRAZY yesterday. Was there at 10am and there were thousands of people there. They told us it was 2-3hrs just to check out. My friends son and my son who are 9-10yrs old said they felt like the Ohio State Fair on a busy day only with tons of weapons We ended up leaving and going to the farm to blow off some ammo.
  12. Just watched Battle Los Angeles. Coming true?
  13. I'd go for a 50D at least. Love my 40D but for the money get the 50D so you can microadjust lenses. They also had lower shutter issues. Although I wouldn't expect many of the ones impacted (small number) to still be out there unfixed. Otherwise, solid camera. I use mine to this day.
  14. The sub has a direct input from the sub out on my receiver. The sats plug into the receiver.
  15. the story reeks of bullshit. dude driving could care less about "hiding or evading" the photo Nazi's. He squeaked into the throttle was having an orgasm while doing so and lost control. The story is just BS To cover it up.
  16. Okay, so I've played with this tablet and updated it and added apps and what not and so far, I'm really liking it. IMO the iPad still kicks ass for simplicity and ease of use. However, if an iPad isn't your thing and you want more of a computer, without a full laptop size or need, then this is the ticket. It runs Office 2013 with ease (again, tablet version) but as a power user of Office, I've not missed a beat using it for work stuff. Browser and Windows 8 RT Interface is pretty cool actually. If I want, I can simply ditch the tiles and go to a standard Windows look and feel too. More to come, but for now, it rocks and for the price, is an awesome deal.
  17. $1 he will do something like that and 16 months after someone will post about it on CR :masturboy:
  18. 2:56 she's a heck of a catch. :gabe:
  19. was waiting for horses head in car but this would work.
  20. hmmmm.....I'll blame the above multiple posts on my phone / internet connection. In the end, I stand by my thoughts though.
