Meh....5mph being called speeding is a bit excessive. Cop either has a bone to pick or bored. at 55mph or greater it's just a revenue thing until he crosses teh +10mph mark. I drive to MI a lot and avoid 23 all together. Much easier heading up 33 past Marysville and taking the back roads where sheriffs are the main units on the hunt and are farther and fewer between.

There's very likely a grace period. Most dealers and banks aren't going to let a car out without verifying coverage. My guess is the driver was stoned or drunk. I just gave away a simlilar 180lb tube TV. Weight distribution of that beast was the main issue vs weight. Good luck moving it around.

Question for the detailers here. So with spring coming and cleanup time for our minivan ahead of me, what products and where are they sold are consider the best for carpet and cloth seats? It's not pigged out but the interior is light grey and in need of typical cleaning. Insight appreciated.

Update.....tie rod need replaced. doing both and getting an alignment. Taking the race van to IPS for the above and a couple of other items. Nearly 1/2 the price of what the dealer cost is.

You made a good call. I would have liked a WRX but they way I am, I would have not settled for anything other than the STi and it was too pricey for what I wanted at the time. At the time the WRX was the lower powered 225hp or whatever it was and was more of a dog than I would have wanted. In the end the deal about FWD, etc. is a bit over blown. Depends on how you drive I guess. I'm not doing full red line runs in rain or snow nor do I flog the shit out of it off the line.
