Fuck that, just last week I had a conversation with my sons teacher telling her Nicholas will continue to say "Merry Christmas" to others and not some generic fucking Happy Holiday bullshit because Johnny Smith parents don't believe in Christ and are offended. Tell Johnny's parents to STFU and grow a pair and educate their kids on how to respond to someone wishing them well. So should we also discuss how his school conveniently suggest to kids that the Pledge of Allegiance not include "one nation under God". Bullshit in my book. His teacher actually tried to mark him wrong for writing it out that way. Her teachings needed to be clear if she's talking about the original version or the one this country adopted under congress well before she was born. Needless to say that was corrected and clarified to the kids and Johnny Blah Blah and Ishmahl can say it however they want but don't teach my kids some politically correct watered down version of public school bullshit. Prayer time? Oh that's for him to do on his own time they say, as in saying grace before lunch. Yeah, let's not teach our kids to take 2 minutes of their school time to actually reflect on something meaningful. You know when I was a kid, we said a prayer before ball games and the pledge of allegiance every morning before classes began. Stills and DSLR's I'm good. However, I need to replace a nearly 10yr old Sony Video camera that used Digital tapes. It's old and there are no drivers to pull movies onto my new PC running windows 7 so I'm forced to not only use a non-HD Camera, but edit and convert them on my old P4 Win XP Computer. We've never been much into videos, but would like to move a bit more in that direction with the kids growing so fast. Looking for: Something small to medium in size Easy to use HD of course Digital with the ability to rip movies over to my PC with ease. I'll buy a huge memory card if available. Love stabilization. Our Sony produces great, smooth vids. Price: Would like to see what a $1k gets me. Less if it's good. Again, don't need something hugely expensive. If I can pull quality still images from the video, that would be a bonus Also looking for: What software are you guys using to edit the vids? Again, I'm a pro at Photoshop, but don't want to start at the bottom of the learning curve with it's equiv. in video. Give me something where I can create chapters , titles, transitions and press play to make a DVD is all I need. I don't want a new DSLR that does video. Open to newer, smaller bridge style cameras like the new Nikon and Sony models that do well with video, but I'd rather buy a dedicated unit that is more developed and will last for several years. My concern with the bridge units is they have too many weak points like microphones, frame rates, etc.... What are the units to look at?

Fuck that, I've always said Merry Christmas vs happy holidays. I've never had anyone in business say anything ever. 9/10 times if they celebrate Hanukkah, you'll either see it around their office or hopefully know them well enough to know. I most always know what their faith is and if it's nothing or I don't know, then it's Merry Christmas until someone alerts me otherwise. Hell, have a sense of confidence and pride in whatever faith you have. If people don't respect that then fuck them until they grow a pair of their own. Stand for something people... One time I had someone I had an old-bag cashier at Kroger go off on me. I think that's exactly his point.....if we can finally overcome gays in the military then why is there such a fucking stink about people trying to be politically correct about prayers in school or calling it Christmas vs Happy Holidays, etc. I'm with him, tons of people have a faith of some sort in which they reflect or pray, so if schools choose to take 2 minutes to allow for it in the morning then so be it. If you're kid doesn't have a faith or pray, then just explain to them to use that time to stay quiet for 2 minutes each morning or to use that time to GTFO of the classroom and use the bathroom.

I read that they can pretty much clear out any mice or rodents in your area if you have one living in your yard. I'd love to set up a place for one to build a nest. I've had to take out nearly a dozen squirrels on my own and would much rather have mother nature take care of them.

Posting up for a coworker who's son came home with this Boxer Pup. He brought her home without really discussing it with everyone at home and now unfortunately she's up for adoption as they just can't have another dog at this time. Ally is a female 25 week old, 40lbs, AKC Registered, Boxer. She's friendly with kids and other animals. As all boxers are, full of energy. Gotcha. They likely have that color to bring a more elegant look to the new designs that are more conservative in nature. IMO even Mazda is a bit off. My car is Crystal White Pearl, but it's really just a metallic white not a "pearl'" like I would think of it as to use that name. It's Pearl look only stands out in early morning sun or at sunset but the car has to be clean to see it. Otherwise, it's just a metallic white.

The hard part about watching these videos is knowing people were in those cars. I feel mainly for the mothers and fathers with kids. I wouldn't leave without my kids but at ages 5 & 8 there's no way we would be able to get them out and all swim/make it to safety. In this vid, early on, he had a chance to get out and run to the nearest building that's 2-3 stories high. About all you can do.

The vehicles owner can and should likely just stress it was self defense. ie.
