Yep, the distance is what made me get one. Inside Sam's club one day with my GXP and it's factory starter wouldn't reach. :fuuuu: Just keep in mind, there are occasional issues where it can't connect to the car. I've had maybe 2-3 instances this year that for some reason "can't establish communication" or something like that comes up. Otherwise, works great.

Staples has them on display as I used one prior to buying one for the wife and myself but I don't know if they sell them in stores. It was on a whim that I went there and happened to see it. Worth a call.

Why? There's no difference when using a Smart Phone interface vs the standard remote start. Even Viper supports installing remote start systems on manual transmission vehicles. The systems requires the car be parked in Neutral and the E-Brake Engaged. My friend had it on his R32 and it worked fine.

I agree. IMO Melanie Amaro has a great voice and perhaps better, but she lacks any connection with the listeners. Her story and personality is a blah compared to the guys. I think the judges have emphasized that too. Josh needs to grow a pair though. He lacks confidence and if he plays that damn "victim of a rough life / I need sympathy" card again, I'm going to go nuts. At least Chris Rene seems to have moved past that and is staring at the prize going for it.

I'm with Rob. I carry what fits my outfit. I'm a revolver guy and like the 357. Just last month I picked up a SW 649 which has a concealed hammer. I love it. I won't need more than 5 shots. If I do, there are other issues. I carry this during the week. I also like the Glock 19. I usually carry that if I'm out on a photo shoot or weekends.

^^ This. First, file a police report, get the vid from the gas station and see who it was. It's likely they have cameras outside too so if he went through it there you might just get lucky on that. Bring the police report the club and ask them if they have cameras. Chances are they do. I know the Dublin Rec. Ctr does and they even post that you're being watched. If they do, ask to see them or do what you need to in order to make that happen. Even their parking lot cameras Personally, 1/5 and potentially others doesn't give me a good feeling that you really "know" who did it. I'm all for confronting them, but you have to make sure you know for certain. Cliffs: Camera's, they are everywhere. Exhaust those possibilities.
