I Agree. I was just pointing out the reasoning. To me personally, it wouldn't stop me from buying from them. Dude in question should keep his personal life to himself. That does piss me off as we both have it. However, we both have iPads and wireless around us all the time, so we use it for surfing and streaming at my desk. Even on a big use month when I was streaming 3G I don't think I hit the limit. Do they still change your plan if you pay full price for the phone and just replace mine? I don't need the discount if I sell ours.

I'm in for looking at the new iPhone. Wife and I are looking to upgrade and if it's solid then I may sell my 3GS to a buddy at work who sends them to Vietnam or some shit where he's from. Says I can get good money from it. We'll see. Overall, I like the iPhone as it just plain works. The guys at work (mostly IT Nerds) are constantly fucking around with their Android phones and perhaps thats why they like them because they can. The sales reps on my team that have droids tolerate them at best. iOS is just plain easy. There's nothing on my iPhone that can't be done that I miss.

in the legal world, any actions or behaviors that can be found to leverage your case are fair game if they are admitted. even if they are not admitted, and a judge upholds an objection about what may get said in court, there's no taking back the words. especially if the guys wife is in the courtroom. things that make you go hmmmmm.

There's a really nice 2007 Black S2000 with low miles at Germain Ford. Buy it, add boost and enjoy. I miss mine and may have to look at it when I go pick up my car today. My story to my wife will be the MS3 blew a turbo and it was cheaper to trade it and boost the S with a solid aftermarket kit :gabe:
