My only add is if you're going to follow cars down the track, wait a couple seconds and show both times/mph's.

I have some great pano software to hook you up with. HOwever, Pano's still won't take the place of a wide field of view. Sounds like you might be best to invest if that's where you plan to do a lot of shooting.

I've been told to use Any DVD and DVD Clone. :ninja: Both are available for nothing if you know where to look. Any DVD will unlock it and Clone will copy and burn it in less than 10-15 minutes. Works like a charm to "backup" movies

IMO, $900 is a fair chunk of change to spend. I would say unless you're going to focus on wide angle shots you might be best putting the money towards a top quality lens you'll use every day. In terms of expensive, welcome to Nikon. Canon's edge definitely shines through here What type of shooting do you plan on doing most? Took this one at Stone Mountain just outside Atlanta in the spring. The full high resolution set that I took consisted of 16 overlapping shots and captured an incredible amount of detail. Prayers last night and nights to come Tim. My son saw this on the news and asked if by chance it was anyone here. Small world no doubt. I'm interested in the cause as it's a crazy world and just the other day even I had to comment on the knuckleheads and their speed. I always cruise around 75mph and had cars left and right of me going 85+ and driving crazy. There are times when I wish I had cherries on the roof or behind the grill.
