Actually the funny thing is the two on the front of the house have made our neighbors across the street feel better as they are very clear and capture pretty clear shots should anyone fuck with their cars, etc. We have trees and a buffer between us and the house behind us but there too, the ones in back capture anyone in the bushes, or cutting through. Add in a couple motion sensors that ring a chime in our house that let the dogs go nuts and it's all pretty effective. If I hear a chime and someone messes with my shed/storage unit out back, the dogs will be sent out the door to check it out

^^ this. we have used the spiked training collars with great success before. Our current Pit Mix is pretty thick and 100% focused on other dogs and hates them so walking him can be tough. However, with the pinch collar on he's a pussy. Crys and barks but one flinch of it and he's a baby doll. It really only took 1-2 walks to train him to respond to it. He knows when it's on to heal, mind our commands, etc. It's worked on all of our dogs. The shock collars are effective too but not as much it seams. Off Topic a bit, my wife bought a can of compressed air that is very small (made for dog training) but lets out a huge HISS when pressed. Freaked our guys out 200% and now when they bark in the house, go nuts over guests, etc. if they even see that can they shut the heck up and behave. There too, it took maybe 1-2 sprays and that noise is something they've not forgotten. Now I just give them shush of my own and they settle quickly.

Get the cameras. I have our home and entire property being streamed in HD and it's interesting to see what cameras catch in the way of activity at all hours, including kids cutting through yards at 2am. Video and pics are clear as day too. If the kid behind us lobs a lacross ball into my house again, I'll enjoy showing him the video and images.

It's mainly if not all the left media. It's not that they have nothing favorable to say, they are just so very far over the top over anything at all which can reflect badly on Trump. It really is amazing and laughable yet dangerous at the same time. The loss in November just keeps on chapping the ass of so many... If Trump took a piss and left a dribble on the toilet and left the restroom without wiping it off, the media would have a hay-day and go crazy calling for impeachment and go around crying that the sky is falling. The really funny thing is not one main stream outlet would ask or pay one moment to how such a thing would have been seen or noticed. A peeping Tom on POTUS would be able to get away with such a deed and the drop of piss would be the main focus. Haters are laughably off the charts up in arms over Trump.

It's clean too :bangbang:

Because those that didn't support or like him are better than those that oppose and dislike Trump. They didn't go over the top like the haters today are doing. The far left is LOL sad and dangerous to the foundation of our country and the freedoms we have. Free speach only occurs if it's what they agree with and the methods they will use including violence and endangering our country through leaks are now mainstream acceptable and happening regularly. They are indeed traitors IMO. Because Clinton and Kerry aren't buffoons Please. Clinton's e-mails that were stored on an unsecured server included the names of CIA officers serving overseas and foreigners who are on the spy agency’s payroll completely endangering their lives. No doubt the IC was in panic mode trying to determine which agents may have been compromised.
-
Anyone who thinks the leaks are fake is under a rock. They are most likely coming from the the Obama left overs and fans so the leadership prior is who put the traitors in place.

My advice is to not respond at all, especially in writing. If there's nothing illegal about what you have in place then you have nothing to worry about. If in the end their loud parties, noise, etc. is simply just that and doesn't go beyond 10pm then let it go. After that, which is a reasonable hour to lower the volume, just call the cops and let them sort it out. You don't owe them a response so I personally would advise on giving them one, which is pretty much what they are baiting you to provide. Good luck.

David, I'll keep your silver 911 at my house in exchange for being able to drive it during the week

IMO its all hype and political BS conspiracy that is expected. Comedy at its finest. All in a lame attempt to slow his team from pursuing their agenda Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using Tapatalk

I don't believe that's true. Firing him isn't going to stop the team involved from continuing the investigation and firing him isn't / wasn't going to lesson the optics on the concerns from those that have them. Who is "they" and what do they "know" of the real reason he was canned? there were tons of special prosecutor calls made for several other instances and none were put in place. this one doesn't require one either.

buy something already you cheap bastard even Clay eventually squeaks some coins out of his ass.

because they are the media and simply exploiting any and all opportunities to jump on the other team. is anyone really shocked? IMO the reaction is typical LOL follies of politics.

That lady lacks personal responsibility. If you have an overactive bladder don't drink 2hrs before you fly and everyone needs to go piss prior to boarding. It's not like there aren't bathrooms and heads-up as to what's happening when you fly. Same when you're on the plane, have a beverage, piss before you start to descend. Why ask even, if the moment strikes, and you really are going to piss yourself, go to the head and let them bitch later. Better than wetting yourself.

you do have to consider the fulcrum of the loan in which you will cross over into the area of actually "owning" any equity. just because you finance a car you don't own it and depending on a lot of factors you might be in an upside down situation for upwards of the first 3-4 years. not sure I follow the lose money part. again, see my point above about when you actually have equity. you might also want to consider that owning a car outright too early isn't smart either as you are leaving equity in your driveway and at huge risks of being crushed in an accident. the point of leasing is to only pay for the use and depreciation which slide downwards the same regardless of how it's financed. If you buy for 60 months or lease a new vehicle for 36 months, it's value is the same at the end of 3yrs/36k miles regardless. The difference is the person leasing it has more options with lower risk at 30-36 months than the person who financed it. Short of it all is buy used and keep a long time or lease new and work off good deals. Worst case thing to do is buy new.

We use/used https://www.houzz.com/ for ideas and sharing. Pinterest is okay but too general. Flooring wise, we needed something durable for two big dogs and their nails, etc. Kolay flooring is what we are going with. Awesome stuff. Interlocking design, waterproof, more durable than wood or even linoleum, isn't cold like tile and looks amazing. Easy install too. Paint wise, just be sure to use a good primer and yes, top-shelf paint is worth it. Especially when it comes to durability and cleaning. Good luck!

GM / Pontiac back in the 90's ran a marketing slogan of a "3 year test drive" which was quite successful. It touted that as a way for people to try out Pontiac quality and if they liked it then they could buy their car. In the end if the lease has a great rate/money factor and you pay up-front cash in full at the end, it actually works out well. Make sense to buy a used car from yourself too.

Feel free to give me a call. I grew up in the car business with a family of dealerships and have worked in the F&I office too. In the end, leasing is about keeping equity / money in your pocket and simply paying for a predetermined usage cost of a vehicle. Vehicles value is the same regardless of how you pay for it so the rates and residuals are what you can use as variables to determine the value to you. It offers more options / safety-nets in terms of risk to you vs owning. Rules I live by are that you should go into the lease with as little up-front money as possible. If the costs are still too high, then you're on the wrong/too expensive of a vehicle for the program being offered. Happy to walk you through the process. Tim 614-795-4907 cell.

There's some pretty fucking hilarious irony in your reply, but I suppose you'll get a break because of your newb status. Say hello to Tina on race day. Bring the SS out and let's have some fun.

We paid about $650 per linear foot if I'm calculating that out correctly. Call me dumb. We have 21 ft on the back wall, 15ft on the side and an Island that is 3ft x 9ft. Full custom is pricey for sure but it enabled us to get exactly what we were looking for especially in terms of how they were made and finished and the glass work they entail. You'll be pleased. We chose it for the top of our Island as that's going to be my wife's main "working place" when cooking and preparing food. Quartz doesn't require sealing, won't stain and is the most easily cleaned and safe in terms of germs, etc. We are also using the same Quartz in our powder room to tie together the design. Also, FWIW, we had a great experience at Jack's Appliances in Hilliard. Great prices right out of the gate and they carry all the major brands. We did Wolf Ovens and Kitchen Aid Pro Series for the Refrigerator and Dishwasher.

We're in the process of a full first floor remodel including a huge new kitchen and honestly we are having custom made cabinets. Schaad and Sons, is over in McConnell and is in-line with pricing vs higher end solid wood units sold. We're using Solid Maple with Nickel hardware and German mechanicals such as soft close doors and drawers. The lazy Susan and vertical pantry stuff is top-shelf cool shit too. I can hang on the vertical roll-outs they are so strong. Give them a call as they can make whatever you design. Much of ours is custom to what the wife and I wanted in terms of style and layout. 740-236-1795. Ours are being installed Tuesday if you're interested in stopping by to see them. Ours new area is / was brand new so we had no constraints but chose Schadd for their quality and craftsmanship. Good luck. They may be overkill if you're looking for basic stuff, but after looking at the off-the-shelf stuff we chose to pass and go with exactly what and how we wanted things. We chose black granite and white/gray quartz. Both are pretty darn durable and require low maintenance. IIRC quartz is more durable and it's what is on our island and the bar stool area as it's our main working space. It's pricey though at like $80-90 sq. ft. Granite is about half that. Cabinets and counter tops are key factors in resale so my advice is don't skimp. They also take a lot of use and abuse so it's great to have something that can endure.
