  1. Terry at Coughlin Chevrolet in Pataskala is GREAT to deal with.. Mark (Atomic Fusion) and I have purchased 5 cars from him in the last year. They are the best around for trade in values as well, not sure if your guy is looking to trade or not. Can just give him a call and he'll tell him what he can do. Jason
  2. I'll be out there blasting away!

+1 Hoyt, Matthews, and Bowtech all have great bows. I'd recommend going to Fishermans warehouse, they have a bunch instock and can let you shoot them. Really of great guys there and they'll treat you right. I like the fact everytime I go in, I have the same people helping me. Your there with other enthusiasts, not some guy getting a paycheck.

You can just go up there and shoot. I think it's like $5 and they give you a paper target to pin up. When you do the league, it's $8 for the day. They give you a practice target and you can come an hour early to practice, then the shoot starts. It's a lot of fun and really allows you to get some practice in, which is especially important if you want to hunt with the bow.
  5. nice looking gun. How far away are you from Columbus?

I love shooting bows. There are a few leagues that you can shoot with a compound bow. I go to A1 Archery in Hillard with mine. When they have a league it's only 1 day a week and lasts about 8 weeks. It's a lot of fun, if your wanting to get some practice, you should check it out. Jason
  7. Nice looking cars! I'm thinking about doing an f-body this winter. They are just so darn easy to make go fast.
  8. 1slow-z: He hasn't decided which bow he's going to get yet, but I guess he has to buy a new one so he can submit the receipt to his insurance. All his hunting equipment got stolen from work, which is why he's getting one. May want to try Craigslist, may sell quick. Now would be the time of year to unload it. After November, it will be a little harder. GLWS
  9. I know someone that may be interested, I'll check. How does the Z7 shoot compared to the Bowtech Destroyer 350? I love my 350 and it's fast as hell. Only downside I've seen is it doesn't seem to want to shoot broadheads as well as I'd like.
  10. Do you get traction that cold? I've been debating on going, but went to Marion when it was 45 degrees a couple weeks back(their grudge racing) and I wasn't getting traction at all. I'm not even going that fast.
  11. I actually have both and most commonly use my compound bow. I even do competitions with the compound from time to time. Took a 110" 8 pointer last year with it. However, my new bow was pulling shots 3-4" at 40/50 yards with the broadheads and I didn't have time to get it looked at. I didn't want to take any chances on poor shot placement and have the animal suffer.
  12. When the Farm Bureau estimates that the ohio deer population should be at 250,000 instead of the elevated 650,000+ levels.... Does it really matter? And if it does matter to you, you'd be real upset knowing many farmers get nuisance permits and kill every deer on site and just let the deer rott. And yes, we get specialties made and I give the remaining meat to family.
  13. Yep yep, they are certainly moving. Well if it makes you feel any better, nobody has to worry about this one running in front of their car. Shot it Friday. 15 points over an inch http://img215.imageshack.us/img215/2213/cropedsideshot.jpg
  14. If I can get a buck prior to that date count me in. But will have to register closer to the time.
  15. Nice Pictures!!! I liked the smaller bird. Looks like that farm may have a serious deer problem that you may need help with. I'd really hate to see some big bucks rubbing on your trees. Jason
  16. What would be a good event for me to go to? I'm not going to be very good as I've only ever autocrossed one other time, but I did enjoy it! Is there an autoX site with a schedule on it? And yep, got a GT-R. Don't get me wrong, I liked the Camaro a lot. Was an amazing car, but I just wanted something a little different. Thanks, Jason
  17. Curious if there are any autocross events remaining this year?
  18. That's great news!!! I know you've had some issues with the car this season, nice to see things come together for you!
  19. 12.87@111.5 in the hot lapped Camaro! Car is impossible to launch. Ran the Camaro the same way I ran my Z06 two years ago, hoping to get use to launching the car, but that wasn't the case. I ran like 8 13.0's, 6 13.1's, 4 13.2's and a couple junk passes. It was like either I bogged or had excessive wheelspin, then when I thought I had it just right, I was getting a ton of wheel hop. The 12.8 is still top 5 for bolt on's, so I'm not complaining too bad.
  20. Thanks for the help on my car Brian!! Coming along nicely.
  21. I have one set of these left that I'm willing to cut a good deal on. If you know anybody interested, let me know! Thanks! Jason
  22. There is never a cap. It's just what I project someone can make with a decent amount of effort. Obviously the right person wanting to go to events, wants to work more then 40 hours a week is going to make a lot more money. Our sales Manager(at Credit Consultants) is a perfect example of this. After years of trying to find the right person we have. He works 70 hours a week and is already making a ton of money. Also, for all those that have sent me their resume's. I'm still going through those and will be scheduling interviews shortly. Been really busy with the other company, haven't had time. Thanks! Jason
  23. I wouldn't go that far, I've seen several fighters in the UFC have a seizure after a punch. Like that dude Ridge Franklin knocked out a few years back..
