  1. Isn't that how he got into this situation : )
  2. Wouldn't mind picking up the Bitfenix case if you were a little closer. Let me know if you ever get down a little closer to c-bus after hours or on the weekend. Just cannot justify shipping or the road trip.
  3. Berto - Great looking place and sitting on the deck with a beer looking at the pond sounds great. Like so many people said above great location and nice layout.. Did you install the "Bins" in the one room or were they already there??
  4. If HKS is really doing some of the performance upgrades the trans will be beef'ed up and most likey have a twin clutch too. I have a friend that has a 2011 Evo X and a fun car to drive (Has most bolt on's and about 340 to the wheels). Plus 100 ponies would be a different car. Only real squak with the car is it creaks / rattles. Assume poor build quality as the car has less than 35K on it..
  5. Kind of agree with Joe / Rob.. Looks cool (if you do not mind Amazon mining more of your personal information). Plus is she / Alexa listening all the time (Hmmmm). That probably scares me more than anthing else....
  6. Chris - Agreed . If you look at the side view I see a bit of the Furai (Charcoal now). Plus the SkyActive stuff has always been pistons (On the rear spoiler). I would much rather see this be built with one of Logan's (Carswell) three rotor setups. He builds a pretty wicked wankle engine. Wish I still had mine (the S54 is a good motor, but miss the turbo'ed rotary)
  7. I have one but not sure about the cheap part. 360 slim 250 Gig HD two wireless controllers Like new (adult owned - reason like new) $125.00 cash
  8. Tons of them out there New Egg (Free shipping) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA14J0KU3676&cm_re=sata_enclosure-_-9SIA14J0KU3676-_-Product[/url]
  9. Like MoeJoe (Joe) said I love the rotaries (Miss mine). S54 - my current motor (Inline 6 BMW motor) * Would love to add forced induction LSX - Say no more Ferrari V12 (F140) - no experience, but looooove that sound
  10. I had a friend that had a Jeep that had similar issues. Ended up being a Cat that was mostly clogged and when cold it do something similar (even hot at times). Unsure if this is anything like yours as you does not have 100K plus on the odometer.

    Note 4

Andrew - Some can be removed and others not. Just rearrange your primary menu (Start screen) to have the applications you want. The others are just noise and should be left alone.. Assume you are moving from a Apple (it takes time to get used to the UI in Adroid). Agreed nice phone too.
  12. Bought the Black & Decker with the 40V battery with the auto feeder. I do not miss the gas or beating the hell out of the bottom of it to get the line to feed. LST136R-40V - $80 refurbed through Amazon I used it about 10 times this year and would suggest a spare battery (I mow / weed eat about a half an acre). Plenty of power and no issues with mixing gas or being out. (Just need to keep the battery in the charged). If it holds up OK I will be buying the 40 volt blower and give it a shot (Both my weed eater and blower are / were showing their age).
  13. Steven - I am an infrastructure manager and having developer skills is a real plus. Do what you like and travel or have retirees come to you. They will have all the time in the world. I know a couple people that WFH and they are cranky and fat (No need to move around). Advisor sounds a little temporary (Scary to you??) GL with the decision
  14. Wow looks great and only wish I had the patience to do that kind of detail. You worked on my FD many years ago when you worked @ the RX7 Store (Something minor I could not figure out). I will eventually pick up another ReX and great to see a Castle White one running around in the area. Beside the Sivertone & Black this is my second favorite color combination.
  15. my daughter had an Altima rental car for about a week and loved it. I drove it for dinner one night and if you want sporty look elsewhere (Unless you are talking about an SL - V6 with some suspension work). Plus I did not like the CVT transmission. Maybe a Turbo Jetta (Friends love the cheap Germans)? Acura TSX / TLX If a small SUV is an option what about a BMW X1 370 Z V6 Stang Lots of options in this price range (Options and ride really is needed to make a decent decision)
  16. Holy spacer Batman.. I did not see that in the pic. Freaking Huge
  17. Also liked the Banshe prototype better. http://carbaze.com/car-9509/pontiac-banshee/pictures Love to see people do stuff like this, but not my preference (Looks like swiss cheese in the front bumper). Also the side view does not show spacers (Or hidden well). Probably performs fairly well (Looks purpose built).
  18. I had the Z4 under a cover (Breathable) for a short period of time and did not like how the cover held moisture at the bottom of the car (Moisture against a frame = bad thing).
  19. I use Lexol and it really softens up the seats in the Z4M. Highly reccomend.
  20. Joe - Been looking for a place with a pond to build a house on and may tap into some of that knowledge when I get closer (Most likely this Fall). Current property (Looking at) is about 6 - 7 acres and it has about a .7 acre pond sitting on the back (Estimating on Google Earth) Also miss the RX7 and might sell the Z4MR in the Spring. Of this goes well I will find another one to start building. Its horrible, but I miss wrenching on my old RX.
  21. Frank - The pics look great. Really like the action in the Trans Am..
  22. Both BMW and Toyota sported inline six cylinder engines (Only one was turbo'ed). I am sure both vendors would like to hear from gear heads (Hint this group) about the need to produce a reasonably priced sporty cars that perform. Too many of us are also hybrid phobic (I am too).. Lets see what the production model(s) look like and if the manufacturers can produce something that the gear heads like. Like the fact we are seeing a resurgence of some of the original sports cars are coming back (AE86, Supra, maybe a RX7).
  23. I've had three salvage titles and two of the three were a real pain. One the damage was evident and easily fixed. The other two were a pita: 2000 Civic - Airbag issues in the cost of 2400 (Still did not trust it). Sold 2008 Scion TC - Hidden damage that showed up after a minor fender bender. Ended up getting a body shop to replace everything in front of the firwall to be safe (3k plus). Car is great now, but could have bought a clear titled car cheaper. 1999 Miata - Knew it was hit in the rear quarter and the rear pumpkin was damaged. Tig'ed the pumpkin and did a partial quarter (Painted). Was a fun car and did OK in the purchase * reesale.
