  1. Similar issues with my old RX7 and it was a manifold leak.. Exhaust is critical for Turbo (Wastegate / BOV is part of that system)
  2. The Porsche was cool (Perfect), but did anyone look @ the 1975 BMW 3.5 CSL in the links below? That was a car that has seen some major track time and sure it has seen a couple "Oh shit" moments. Just something to see an old workhorse like that one in the pics. No disrespect on the Porsche it is gorgeous.. http://stancewords.stanceworks.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/e9-35-csl-22-bmw.jpg
  3. I have had luck this this as well and a good option if you do not want to damage the pulley.
  4. OK - Agreed I have used both of my tundra's for light work, but wow they just go. Had a Access cab in 2000 and drove for 104K (Traded to get four real doors - Double Cab). This one has 106K now and just took a trip to the Outer Banks and again was rock solid (Tires / brakes / oil changes and gas). Have not replaced anything that was not a wear item. Saw multiple people pulling boats w/them in OBX (Locals). Unsure about their experience. Would highly recommend for anyone not using for a daily work truck (No experience).
  5. I love the manual part of it, but understand automatics win races. Good looking car and one of my favorite retro cars (Looks). Unfortunately the Challenger always performs poorly against the Camaro and Mustang in the corners . Maybe the updated suspension and brakes will change this (Kind of like the $75K Camaro we all chatted about a while back that was compared to Godzilla / GTR). Agreed at 4300 pound she is kind of a thick chick.
  6. Berto - I have a bad turbo (T4/70mm/Vband) you can have. Just come and grab it (Located in Grove City) off my old FD/3rd Gen. Compressor wheel (Exducer) is slightly chewed up (But could be reassembled and maybe used). Would not reccomend though.
  7. I have an old school smoker out in the garage (15 plus years) that has never been used. One of the Old Little Chief's and this is making me think I should dust it out and give it a shot. Suggestions on what is easiest to start with as a Newb?? http://www.sportsmanswarehouse.com/sportsmans/Smokehouse-Little-Chief-Electric-Smoker/productDetail/Smokers/prod9999004755/cat101725
  8. I picked up two of them on 3/23 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/album.php?albumid=888&pictureid=7634 Or is this a different type?
  9. Sawmill Andersons has Warsteiners (Saw it there before). Probably the easiest trip for a fellow GC person..
  10. For a guy that owned many GM's (Nova, Grand Prix, El Camino) I also love Japanese and Euro cars. This new Camaro is cool looking, sounding as well as sport impressive stats. Not sure I want to support / pay for the crazy expensive brakes or the overall price tag ($75K). Would love to see the bow tie be hollowed out on all the Chevy's (It is too big / goofy anyway). Glad to see GM continue to get better and push the overall market in the right direction. Always a little concerned looking at future (Sci Fi) movies when they show cars auto driving. Would really hate loosing one of items that helps me unwind driving to / from work. Weekends are also a blast. Go GM
  11. Matt - The only place I hear people cabrewing successfully (W/O getting busted) is on the Mohican. Many locations up there. Love canoeing, but I fish on both Darby's and they are awsome
  12. Sam - I have some FC parts left, but not those. Need to get them out of the garage and will let you know when I have them all together (If you want them).

    Android 4.4.2

Galaxy S4 still on 4.3 and my Nexus 7 is running 4.4.x. Did not see any huge changes I did not already address with optional applications (Controlling music while locked).
  14. All planes have a standalone elt that goes off when impacted or in water. Never located in the cockpit (not just a cockpit fire). Assume it is under water (deep) and just not found. Elt used to run on a low frequency that most likely would not broadcast far if under water. ELT - emergency locator transmitter. Was an avionics person for about 12 years..
  15. I am a spinning rod/reel person (I still have an old school Abu Garcia bait caster). Going down to Ohio Power (SE Ohio) next week and looking forward to some pond caught Bass and fishing. Yes it will most likely be cold and we do great every year (6 - 10 guys). Poles - Not as many as Joe Three spinning rods/reels (Shimano Symetre) One baitcaster One fly rod
  16. We have had an above ground for about 8 years: Annual cost (Opening to close about $600 - All bought though Scioto Valley) If it has a heater those are expensive (can be up to $200 per month) Never had to do a liner (We installed it when new) Wife uses it a lot in the Summer (Not so much for me) No dive (No experience) Did not see much of an increase in insurance (Maybe $5 more per month - hardly noticeable) Does tend to attract other people (Plus / minus?) Wife likes to stay busy all the time and it is nice to see her floating when in use Hope this helps....
  17. Mojoe has the right idea. Either try to scare it off or use a cross bow. Plenty of hunters on CR that might have one or willing to stop by and take care of business. Also agree they are cool looking animals (Hoping scaring it off is an option)
  18. Plenty of manufacturers out there selling these (Purchasing used in the Summer would be cheaper). Still using one that was with the home when I bought it 17 years ago made by Craft Stoves. Will heat up my 1800 Sq Ft home pretty good (Was 80 degrees in the house this past weekend - Had to turn the blower off). I am sure if you keep an eye out on CL you will find one from $2 - 500 depending on how nice it is built/looks. Might want to think about waiting until summer and picking up a new one. They burn less wood and can put out more heat (Still using wood). Couple neat one out there is Pacific called the summit. Looks great and has a glass door. Plus includes some of the new higher efficiency tech to burn the wood and produce less crap up the chimney.
  19. I have a Precision GT35 (GT3082) with a 3.5 in Vband exhaust you can use (Extended time is fine). It was damaged by something and the cartridge is toast. Let me know as I am home today (Sluffing off). dtreadwa@columbus.rr.com Located in Grove City
  20. After watching it for a couple minutes I was not sure if it was a competitive eater or a zombie flick. 100% sure I would out my meat any where near that mouth. >>>>>>> Freaking Buzz Saw <<<<<<<
  21. Wow guess I am used to turbo's for the RX7 (Mostly GT35 variants) and wow the GT47 sounds monstrous. Guess it would depend on a fun street car or a crazy high horsepower (Boost at 5K and up) kind of car. GL with the build.. Had one of these that was a NA (86.5) and it was a lot of fun w/o the additional HP.
  22. I have had great luck w/my Cisco/Linsys router and unless you want to do alternate firmware updates or non standard stuff I would reccommend something like this one (Dual band N too). Linksys EA3500-NP http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833124496
  23. Freaking Snowmageddon 2013 (Ha!)
  24. Plan on getting the RPI scoop (RAM air intake) for the Z4M. Otherwise lots of cleaning and polishing. http://www.raceprecision.com/p_pages/ra_z4_m.htm
  25. Daughter works for Andrews jewlery (Tuttle) and can get you a decent price (Not giving it away obvisously). She only works Sun / Mon and can get you in contact with her when you are ready. She is also a easy seller (Will not push a sale if you do not want it).
