  1. I am an IT guy that produces mucho screen shots. The program by TechSmith called SnagIt is a must. They also make the Camstasia mentioned above. http://www.techsmith.com/snagit.html
  2. Not a big "tat" fan, but wow that is freaking eerie looking.. Like something Hannibal would create (From the first movie). Unsure why a chick with nice shaped legs would mess one up with that stuff. Maybe on a leg like this http://http://www.howtogetridofstuff.com/wp-content/uploads/how-to-get-rid-of-fat-thighs.jpg
  3. The exterior looks horrible, and the interior is just OK

    RX7 people

Was looking at my Auto Weekly yesterday and found an article on a guy who purchased a 1994 RX 10 years ago. I know a few on CR would enjoy so I thought I would post up the link. http://www.autoweek.com/article/20110520/CARNEWS/110529994 Typical kid drooling over a RX7 then purchasing one later..
  5. Stick with the OEM ones. I had an aftermarket one installed in my Yota and NTB could not get it to sync up. Finally took it over to Toyota and they installed a yota one and it fixed it. Like the new rims too.
  6. Wow - A bunch a car guys that are nerds.. This is freaking unbelivable.. OK now that you know I am the same way.. Opinions on Continum and the one coming up in April on Syfy (Defiance)? Also excited about getting the RX7 back as it is up at IPS getting some exhaust work done (Ceramic cat & plumbing in the wastegate into the exhaust)
  7. I also used Durabuilt out of Canton and it turned out nice (But mine was only a 32 X 24).. Only really challenges I had was around the weather and the buiding permit crap.
  8. I guess I am too much of a car / gear head.. This just makes me sick to my stomach. Porsche Cayman, Bently, 67 Deuce, etc (Ugh)... Also noticed 200+ boats (Some pretty nice). At least those would fend a little better in the water (CR Boat crew?)
  9. Autozone has these and are free to use (Have to secure them with a credit card until returned). Yes easy to use and lie Cordell says just adjust side to side (Not a lot at a time) as to not get them binded.
  10. Trish - Looked at the MB system manual and it sounds like it could be a couple issues Pull all the RAM and reinstall just the minimum (One or two DIMMS depending on the MB) Could be a PS (Only way to know would be to use a multi meter or a spare) Could be an automated BIOS update / failure (Any chance you use one of the utilities to auto update?) Manaul (if you could not finD) http://www.evga.com/support/manuals/files/122-YW-E173.pdf * Have a ton of parts laying around if you need anything (PS/ Vid card/ RAM) Dave
  11. C'mon my wife likes that greasy ass Zamarelli's in Grove city. The only place in C-bus with more grease is Valvoline. Yuck! My fav is probably Tammy's in GC or Enrico's
  12. Guess I should schedule some time up at IPS to get this installed / plumbed. I purchased my current Precision turbo from them this year and was happy with the communication / service. Thx guys! Chris / Smokey - Your RX7 looks a lot like mine https://picasaweb.google.com/103422430281488540719/RX7#5793678765302495426
  13. Justin - I am running an ATI video card and have had great luck with it. I am not happy about the fact AMD (Parent company for ATI) is having financial issues. Would definately look into a NVIDIA chipset and I always point people to Tomsardware for additional information. http://www.tomshardware.com/charts/2012-vga-gpgpu/01-3DMark11-C-Extreme,Prix_fpricex200b350,2933.html
  14. Magnaflow makes a MS cat with a 3" in/outlet that should work for 113. Assume this would be a good fit for the car if I can get a shop to weld it in for me. Assume since I am going back on with a cat I can get most exhaust shops to fab this in place? If you have a suggestion as to go let me know (Understand this would be the Cat and replumbing the wastegate tube back into the exhaust). I have previously dealt with Mad Hatter over on the West side (Sullivant) According to my wife is smells like isonitriles (Some funky chemical) - I have smelled exhausts from piston and rotaries (W/O Cats) and hands down the rotaries are the worst.
  15. OK - Looked a little more and see Magnaflow makes a universal 3" high flow cat for about 75 bucks. As the Wankles / rotaries have realy high exhaust temps I wonder if I need one specifically designed for the motor or if a generic one would work? FYI - I am running an aftermarket turbo / manifold setup mated to a Racing Beat cat back. So pre- fabbed" is not an option. Also want to plumb the wastgate back into the exhaust (Too damn loud venting to the atmosphere) Wow - I am sounding old as hell in this post
  16. The RX7 has been running w/o a cat for years and I am tired of the wife complaining of the smell (They do run rich). Helped my daughters boyfriend install a high flow cat on an Evo X and was blown away as to how simple they look inside now (Assume very little loss). Now my issue - When most people remove all the emissions $hit they also remove the air / polution pump and change belt setup. I do not want to reintroduce the air / polution pump and hoped someone had a reasonable idea. Note I did see on one of the GN forums they were running an electric one, but unsure if this would work on the ReX.
  17. Unsure about a lot of the angles on it, but until I get my daughter out of college I don't expect I will see a modern Vette soon (She should graduate in 2015). Question - What is happening in the rear hatch area? Almost makes you wonder if it has old school rear louvers or a rear engine car setup to breath (I know the engine is up front). Otherwise like many of the other comments I see similarities with other cars (Viper'esk). Also hope to see the interior finish get better as I have sat in a couple C5 / C6 Vettes and they are OK (Should be better).
  18. Forgot about the sub-forum and logged back in to move and it was already there.. Many thanks for moving (Mod / other??) Price is also flexible (Not giving it away)
  19. Was the Mother in laws and she gave it to me years ago (No longer wanted one in the house). Looks to be in low usage, these models were made in the mid 60s until the late 80s. Comes with a fitted case and is the nickel version (Looks good). Link shows a pic of the gun and some details (Princess 22LR) http://unblinkingeye.com/Guns/RLS/rls.html Will need to see a drivers license showing you are at lease 21 if you are purchasing. Serial#40855 Price - These are listed everywhere for as little as 200 up to 4 - 600 (That one was new). Anything North of $225 would be great.
  20. I have dealt with the service (Parts) for years and they all seem pretty laid back and happy. I have also been there a couple times around the holidays and they celebrate (food/people interacting etc.) As for the Mgmt I do not know.. GL
  21. We can continue to allow the low $$ highly repetitive manufacturing go, but we need to maintain heavy / automotive manufacturing in the states. We just need to get our acts together and do it competitively. On the other hand I am seeing a swing in IT in-sourcing or partially pulling part of the work back in the states. Too much overhead / turnover and costs are rising (Primarily in India). Concerns about sensitive data or processes being lost or used is another concern. Should be an interesting next 3 -5 years in this space..
  22. Bodylines - Win Color - Win Racing stripes - No like Wheels - No like Prefer something like these http://carsroute.com/d2forged-corvette-z06-knight-rider/ * Like the car and agree most are owned by people north of 50 (Unfortunately I am getting close)..
  23. Remember their are two types of AO one with and another with out. I have had both and the one with ginger tastes horrible and the other is pretty good. Which one did you have?
  24. If my RX had a paint job I would have joined you at IFO last weekend (Maybe in 2013). All three look very nice and hope I can finalize some things this Winter and finally paint the car. Plan is a two tone black on top and SSM on the bottom. Great showing guys * Kevin I used to see your RX7 up at the RX7 store when you kept building the different turbo setups. The twin turbo (GT30's if I remember) was a neat sounding idea. Did that turn out OK?
  25. Album was not set to public.. Hope it works this time. https://picasaweb.google.com/m/viewAlbum?uname=103422430281488540719&aid=5793678715025998497&start=0
