  1. he probably had 'sludge' and not stones. once you get large stones, that cause surrounding inflammation, they will not typically go away--its only a matter of time until they plug up the bile duct and you turn an elective operation into an emergent one
  2. you may not have had much difficulty getting pregnant. for some, in vitro is an absolute miracle. some people can't imagine how hard it is on a woman who wants kids not to be able to have them--it can put a tremendous strain on a marriage. i've got twins--they pretty much saved my relationship with my wife. they will have absolutely every opportunity/advantage because i am able to provide for them. sure, its expensive--but i want people with money/resources/knowledge to be the ones having children--not the 21 year old bum with no aspirations, who gives birth to kids who are 'born into' a life of no possibilities. most offices WILL NOT implant more than 2-3 embryos--most will only do 2.
  3. perhaps there's some sort of homeopathic cure?? some type of massage to remove the gallstones?? not sure on the answer to this.
  4. i've had my '87 fox, since '97. it isn't as much fun anymore---i've got to make the decision this summer whether i want to sell it, or completely redo everything.

    CTS-V.

wat year?? my buddy has an '05 and loves it--even though i smoked him in my goat. some years had wheelhop and rears that loved to grenade. not sure if they fixed it in '05 or '06
  6. i tried to put the battery as far forward as possible to prevent this. still, our car did a wheelie once on the carpet, because it got immediate traction. i'm happy to let it spin like crazy on the tile, so it won't dump my kids off the back doing a wheelie
  7. i've only charged the battery once so far, and today was the first day they were driving it. you can't use the same charger (the 6 volt one), which is fine because apparently, it does not provide consistent charging. i bought a shumacker battery charger from vatozone that works just fine, and charges in about 4 hours on the quicker setting---or i can just hook up one of my trusty deltran battery tenders and charge it over the course of a day. girls are fighting over the modded one--which means i have to mod the other one
  8. this is what happens when you take a 6 volt power wheels bike, and add a 12 volt battery to it. i found a random link to a new forum modifiedpowerwheels.com, and the rest is history. the battery is made by gruber, and is a sealed battery, just like the ones from power wheels. the only thing it does not have is a built in fuse--so i added an inline fuse. now, i guess i have to mod the other one. cost me about $25 to modify. excuse the semi-nudity and clutter, it was right before bath time.
  9. welcome, nice cars. a few terminators on this site--mine's whippled with a fully built solid rear, and most likely going auto this summer.
  10. mt carmel. it was a physician golf outing--i'm assuming it was a fundraiser because i paid $150 for the round--pretty sure it benefitted children's hospital, and we got rained out of the last 2 holes.
  11. sucks dude. at least i won't make fun of you. these things happen when you get excited about buying a car---you get blinders on, forget to do/check obvious things, tend to be more impulsive, and before you know it, you end up making a fairly large blunder. that's what your friend is there for--to be the voice of reason, and be the 'devil's advocate', so to speak. he's supposed to be the critic, finding flaws in the car that would give you negotiating power--like the fact that the car is only 2wd
  12. played there for a hospital fundraiser 2 years ago. great course. i fucking hate golf for the most part
  13. the bill will promote prejudice on the part of police. everyone, and i mean EVERYONE takes off fast from a stoplight from time to time--whether they're trying to get over to merge, late for work, etc. this law gives police the opportunity to turn the blind eye to the soccer mom in the minivan who's late for practice, yet confiscate a car from a teenager, or someone with a sports car. two cars street racing is a fairly objective measure---its obvious when two cars are WOT next to one another and speeding a car taking off too fast from a stoplight is too subjective--what's the definition of taking off too fast from a stoplight?? it leaves everything up to the officer's discretion
  14. yeah, but they didn't have anywhere near the success that the mustang did/does have, in terms of car sales. the mustang absolutely dominates
  15. wow, great thread. will read again. original poster brought up a comment about mustangs---honestly, how many cars (other than a vette) have been an american icon for nearly 50 years??? the car was wildly popular the second it went into production, suffered a bit in the late 70's and 80's (what car didn't), and came out wildly popular again with the 2005+ model years. assuming they keep weight down around 3500-3600lbs, this car will be plenty fast, and a bargain as well. who the fuck cares about foreign cars?? someone can make a separate thread about the awesome texture of the free dildo that comes with new audi's, or the high saturation point of the tampon that comes in the g-35's first aid kit--just exit this thread because no one cares about the "foreign car that matches your personality and needs the best (fag)". we're talking american muscle in this thread.
  16. welcome, here to learn? perfect here's lesson #1:: go choke on a dick j/k welcome to the madness. i've enjoyed this site so much that i've stuck around despite moving to florida and then wisconsin. you'll learn plenty here

  18. welcome back. interested to see how tvs goes. keep us informed
  19. cliffs anyone?? since this gaping pussyflap edited all of his posts
  20. meh, fuck toyota. i can't speak for those jap cars, but i had the pedal stick on my cobra while on a spirited drive--it was a well known problem that ford promptly fixed. the car accelerates so fast, its hard to process exactly what has happened unless you're expecting it. try to stomp on the pedal a few times to release it, put the car in neutral (bouncing off the rev limiter), and turn the key half way off so you don't lock the steering wheel---seems easy, right. not the case
