+1 our office (and most offices i've seen) requires all self-pay patients to simply pre-pay $75 to be seen and then we send them a bill with the rest of the balance if more is involved. i wouldn't think it'd be much more for a simple 'sick child' visit.

my other tap handle says "honeybrown" on it. $130 for this keg and it will last at least 3 months, even with having some of my buddies over for games, and having a few here and there. the kegerator took me a month to restore---got it from my grandfather, who painted over the surface rust with a water based paint. i 'wire-wheeled' it down to bare metal, primered it, and painted it with an automotive paint with hardener and clearcoat built in. all the hardware was sanded down and powdercoated silver. more of a conversation piece more than anything--i'm not a huge drinker. i usually don't have oranges on hand anyways.
