  1. this stuff is already en route on a semi, coming from tousely ford out west
  2. damn, i just bought many of the parts to put together my solid rear. good luck.
  3. it should be "YOU'RE", not "YOUR". kids YOUR age typically learn that in high school, or even grade school, but i guess you don't really need to know much to dig ditches, and shovel shit for a living. if i wanted to have "the fastest car", don't you think i could just find one on ebay that would blow YOUR piece of shit out of the water and buy it tomorrow??
  4. "ah, fuck it. that's your answer to everything. tattoo it on your forehead. the bums lost. the bums will always lose lebowski.........condolences"
  5. day late and a dollar short on the camaro. gm dropped the ball--that car should have been out years ago. all this hype, sweet concepts, and the production version will most likely look like shit when it finally goes on sale in 5 years it should make for a nice tow vehicle though, assuming it will weigh at least 2 tons. slap a hitch on that bitch, and you've got a great way to move your double wide
  6. found some pics http://img139.imageshack.us/img139/560/thefastandthefuriousjetkm2.jpg
  7. washing machines work hard too. i'm guessing you guys have dropped out of school?? good move. i don't care if the car is yours or not, but you guys probably have no idea what hard work is--just a hunch.
  8. tough to go to a really nice restaurant and not go over $100--the two are not synonymous (really nice, and under $100). i had luck with all of cameron mitchell's former restaurants when i lived in columbus, and i went out to eat on drug reps' tab routinely---especially downtown mitchell's. morton's will definately have you over $100, but its worth it. hyde park on the cap, ruth's criss, are all great. j alexanders is still very nice, and you will be under $100 easily. i don't know italian restaurants.
  9. congrats. just be glad its only one heartbeat and not 2, or 3. there's never a "good" time to have a kid. you're never completely 'prepared'. life changes in ways you just can't prepare for---and you'll realize it changes for the better. priorities also change. just be supportive of your other half, and enjoy your last 7.5 months of 'low responsibility' living. my wife is about 8 weeks along with our 3rd. we have 14 month old twin girls. good luck, and congrats.
  10. http://www.imageshack.us don't need to set up any kind of account
  11. shit 30 is not that old. welcome. nice cars. learn how to post pics you fucking tard.
  12. loans are part of the price you pay to get the tools to earn money. i'm on the low side as far as loans go for my career, and my loans were more than what i sold my house for last summer. luckily, my job is going to pay them off.
  13. if you're not going to do AT LEAST a p.i. head swap with cams, then don't even bother with gears/exhaust/intake/throttle bodies/etc. it would be an extreme waste of money. your best bet is to drop a used '99-'04 motor in, and mod it from there. the '96-98 mustangs were/are the slowest out of any mustang since 1984.
  14. thread revival. damn, i miss my kegerator. its waiting in columbus for me when i move out of tampa this summer.
  15. what type of practice did you have? bump
  16. meh, whatever. i love how people spend every last penny they earn on their cars, not taking into account unforseen things that can happen in life-- i personally don't care what you do with the car, i was just giving advice. if you don't like it, ignore it and move on. the thread was brought back from the dead, and guess what, you really haven't made significant progress. people won't say 'you ruined the car'---christ, its a GT. chad's turbo kit $1800 supporting mods/tuning $1200 set it at low boost, and then go aluminator or whatever once funds allow--$4000 at least you'll have a running car if you're dead set on a big block car, then so be it. you'll be so 'original'.
  17. you posted a thread on a public forum, and people are commenting appropriately trying to give you advice--don't complain. no reason to lock anything. just add at least 20% to the cost you've calculated. unexpected costs will come up no matter how well you thing you've planned things. good luck, i'll still be posting here in 5 years when you're ready to fire it up for the first time.

sounds like a line out of a fast and furious movie you're car is screaming 'please put me to rest, crush me......please' if i saw that rolling through my neighborhood in upper arlington, i'd call the cops too.
  20. not even close. shit, GTO's and terminators can be had for close to that amount of money. and only 300rwhp?? sorry, we all know the routine--you can never get the amount of money you want out of a car that has a long list of mods--this guy will have to come to realize that. $10k
