where did you get it from ??

damn. i'm going to talk to my wife. its a stretch, but we'll see--i don't really need 5 cars here in tampa, when i'm moving in 9 months.
-
1--don't spam our site with your stupid shit 2--get lost 3--nothing you post here will influence anyone 4--go breath some water please (quoted from Hal)
-
rofl at that van--would be funny as shit to see 4 people sitting in that thing at the drag strip. fox looks like a beast. welcome
-
the GTO would be gone. i considered trading my GTO and beater sentra to a guy here in tampa, for his kenne bell '03 cobra. he needed a daily driver, and if i didn't have such a long commute to work, i would have done it.

i just don't ever see this project working--your car will be down for years. the 4.6 2 valve is a great platform if done correctly, and it doesn't take big bucks to make power. hell, you could slap a conservative blower on your car as it sits and make 400-ish, safe, reliable horsepower through a much lighter combination than you're talking about. throw some good suspension in there, a little weight loss, and you've got 11's all day long, with a car that is as mild mannered (when you want it to be) as can be. its your car, do what you want--my advice is to go with an upgradeable supercharger with 8-10 psi (well within your budget), and turn it up once you get a built bottom end.

i just got back from taking mine out--finally some cooler air here in tampa. i spun the 315 nittos all the way up to 80mph. romp on it anywhere in 2nd gear, and the tires go up in smoke. sure the car weighs a bit too much, but that's the trend with every one of these cars coming out----cars that weigh significantly more----GTO, GT500, new camaro, SRT8 anything, challenger, etc. 300lbs can be shaved off the car with lighter seats, some lighter suspension pieces, and a solid rear.
-
+1 on the GTO. very comfortable, and quick. just not as easy to get BIG power from. if you were going to definitely leave the car stock, i'd say it would be a toss-up. but no one leaves their car stock--it will be difficult to find a stock cobra, when you can get 450rwhp with nothing more than a pulley, tune, catback, and intake. hell, you could probably get close to that with nothing more than a pulley and a tune

GREAT NEWS!!!!!! i've located several great f-bodies out around the city--they're located below:: http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=trailor+park+columbus+ohio&fb=1&view=text&latlng=12418662742303767815 http://www.oakhillsmobilehomepark.com/ http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&resnum=1&um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=trailer+park+columbus+ohio&fb=1&view=text&latlng=15819235770617523066 EDIT:: like others have said, wait until you have more money to buy a better V8 example. i know its easy to replace a worn out LS1 if you buy a high mileage car---but the body will not be in nearly as good of shape, along with tons of other miscellaneous things that will wear out--the car will nickel-and-dime you to the point you'll wish you waited for a lower mileage car.

check out svtperformance.com in the 'for sale' section. i have not had one problem with my '04 cobra. granted its only got 15k on the clock, but it idles like the day it left the factory, blows cold a/c, has a great ride with the IRS, doesn't use any oil, and the blower screams like a mother. i've got surprisingly little done to the car, and it makes just under 600rwhp, and 575 rwtq through the stock clutch, stock rear, stock tranny, stock longblock. not many other cars can do that.
-
the guy definately has skills. i can only imagine the look on the tools' faces while they were playing tennis in the background--that's the funniest part of the video
-
+1000 chris angel is a faggot, and a COMPLETE fake. the last stunt he did in tampa was completely fake. they caught him on tape from a helicopter running away from the building and hiding, before it blew up. at least blaine's stunts are done right in front of you--i will admit that this stunt may have been weak--but others that he has done similar to this have been insane
-
for whatever reason, this video made me laugh my ass off--the hillbilly burnout posted earlier reminds me of this video http://videos.streetfire.net/video/86-STANG-306-LAST-DAY-OUT_34961.htm

shit, i didn't know we were listing current mods on cars '04 cobra: whipple twinscrew blower at 17psi, with intake, fuel mods, catback, catted h-pipe, subframes, intercooler fluid chiller. 590 rwhp/575 rwtq '05 GTO: catback, intake, tune, shifter--SUPER bright, blinding illegal HID light kit. 375rwhp/36? rwtq '87 t-topped mustang GT: shortblock replaced with stock 5.0 bottom end in 2000--has less than 10k miles on it in 8 years. mildly ported GT40p heads, ported GT40 tubular intake, e303cam, longtubes/full exhaust, fuel mods, mass air conversion, 3.73's, tremec 5-speed, weight reduction. untuned.
-
yes. welcome to the internet. this video is several years old, and yes, it was discovered that he indeed owns an f-body--the whole thing was a joke. i still would like to choke him, and i don't even own an fbody.
-
i was waiting for them to jump it off a dirt ramp.
-
get on svtperformance.com, and check out/ask about one in the 'terminator parts for sale' section. you'll find one lickity split--tons of guys have upgraded there and still have the stock tank. i have my stocker because i switched to a bigger one--but i pretty much keep all my stock parts, and i'm in tampa, so i'd have to ship it anyways.

what's line-x?? i haven't undercoated any of my cars recently, because i've lived in columbus. when i lived near the snowbelt in cleveland, we always had our cars undercoated--but that was in the '80's and '90's. yeah, my brother is buying the car new, and he will certainly have it for less than 10 years--probably only 5-7 years at most. its a ford fusion by the way, nothing too interesting. just a daily driver for his wife.
-
rofl. first, i'd get animal control involved (like you're doing), and also talk with your neighbor. let them know that you will take a golf club to the dogs' heads if they come at you or your gf again. sounds cruel, but it is what it is--and i have 2 dogs. bring the golf club to show your neighbor what part of the club you will hit the dogs with--that should do the trick.
-
if i could use this on my GTO, i would probably buy it right now. the guy sounds like a complete faggot, who obviously didn't check with his wife first--what a pussy.
-
guys, my brother just bought a new car, and is looking to get it undercoated. not some half-assed ziebart, or factory undercoating, he wants something thorough. any places do this kind of work?? he's also having some issues with the suspension on his ford excape--clunking, slooppiness that sounds like a bushing issue. whee should he take it so that he doesn't get raped--he's not a car guy like me, but he's not exactly stupid either. thanks kirk
-
just too bad i don't have the room right now in tampa. if this were next year, and i was settled with my job in wisconsin (with more room), i'd buy that car in a second at that price. are you sure you can't hang onto it??

i've started playing halo 3. "the grand chump" i had a buddy in college who would always say chump, and grand chump for some reason
