  1. This image scares me so badly ... can I have some ?
  2. I have a tricycle with everyones name on it. It goes like this ... http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k21/sol740/Funny/TrikeDrift.gif
  3. Ya it sucked, Its funny how you forget how much you NEED RUNNING WATER till its not available. I went out to Meijer and bought a couple gallons so we could at least brush our teeth and wash our faces before we left for a picnic today. Got home and it was on. YAY.
  4. ^ +2, AVG is free and easy, windows firewall is near dummy proof (no offense), firefox is great if you stay away from extensions (memory leaks beware). Adding a free spyware scanner can't hurt either, such as spybot, or ad-aware.
  5. It wouldn't surprise me with this move from verizon, if att bought tmobile. They're both GSM, so theres almost 0 headaches, unlike the original "att wireless" which was still tdma. Forcing migrations is annoying for customers when they have to switch phones, and a pain for the service reps that have to deal with it.
  6. Its funnier than that though. Cingular (SBC AND BELLSOUTH) bought "ATT wireless" which was owned and dropped by Legacy ATT (ma-bell, the big-one, the OG) and "ATT wireless" was absorbed into the CINGULAR brand. A year or so later, SBC, without bellsouth, bought Legacy ATT (mabell) to aquire their landline business customers. So SBC now owned all of ATT but not all of the wireless brand. Whats funny is that after changing the name from ATT wireless to Cingular, we buyout Bellsouth and change the name back to ATT. Hilarious.
  7. I just want the turbo. Sick car though.
  8. You have to ask ? Does she like EVO's ?

    Couldn't Hurt...

    Actually it can ...
  10. Actually "Cingular Wireless" was a joint venture for SBC (now ATT) and Bellsouth (now ... ummmm ... ATT). SBC owned a controlling percentage of "Cingular Wireless" around 60%, after ATT bought Bellsouth, the name change took place. With Sprint failing so hard, I keep wondering if (when) Verizon will buy out Sprint.
  11. I dont have a problem with this. Implementation is the real issue.

Yes they are. Might be at sonic, I dont know. Some of the folks there is teh douchey.
  13. The meteorologists in this city work very hard to make sure you're not in any danger of orbiting rock masses crashing through our atmosphere and causing destruction of cataclysmic proportion. You better apologize to them right now. Oh, and bruce willis too.
  14. I'll only bring out my kid if theres going to be some good ol' fashioned hippie whompings ... or if theres cotton candy. In all seriousness, sounds like a good time for the young-ins.
  15. I suppose we've (att) been #1 long enough. I'm just happy verizon is testing LTE. Kind of weird to turn their back on UMB. Its good though, 4g wireless data may be standardized and pave the way for a specific set of spectrums we can all benefit from. I know att and verizon recently made huge bids for the 700mhz spec. Anyways ... have a nice bonus.
  16. This question is hard to answer cause you have to take into account what the vehicle is being built for. A lot of people think more HP = faster and that's not always the case. Straight line ? Road course ? Rally ? Driver mod first, power second imho. Regardless, if you just mean making huge numbers on a dyno, displacement + FI will net positive results if the motor is built for it. I persoally love my 4g63s power and i'm only mildly modded. Though I bought the car because the way it hugs corners.
  17. Pompous, ambulance-chasing, douchebag that should have been disbarred a decade ago or more. Sadly fox news will probably continue to use this moron to fan the flames of ignorance further as a correspondent, or pundit of sorts. For the record, i'm all for keeping mature media out of kids hands, however trying to use bully-tactics and junk lawsuits to gag the creative devolopment of games is a stupid way to do it. Fines to retailers who sell games w/ m ratings to those under 17 is more appropriate. Yet what is even more appropriate is parents taking active roles in their kids media consumption, instead of expecting everyone else to do their jobs. As far as his quoting the bible, he's another nutcase that uses christianity as a farce, to garner support from the older christian right that don't know any better. My older brother, a pastor, is an avid gamer, and while he also believes young children shouldn't play gta, he understands banning it altogether is ignorant. His views actually reflect mine (for once) that a parent should play the part of moral advisor and not media.
  18. Im going to buy one and turbo it ... by which I mean attaching a hand-crank in the cabin.
