  1. I mean I have always liked this year of the monte carlo but I can not imagine driving this and why ? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/chevy-monte-carlo-ss-28inch-rim-bad-boy-turn-heads-/160470992801?pt=US_Cars_Trucks
  2. He did good. This was the second time he has been alone so I think he passed the test. Next time no worries.

  4. Welcome Matt I talked to you and your friend who I already forgot his name that has the white Z06 at the car show.
  5. If I was closer I would be going .
  6. thanks, I cant remember what car yours was. You might have been in front of me when we were leaving the lot. Red trans am , aftermarket wheels ?
  7. Im beat by the heat, but it was all good. I was anxious to get home to see how my dog did in the home by himself and he did fine . I cought a few sprinkles.
  8. 1100 Remington is a great gun. I have had a couple of these in the past. You can find a used one that is not in mint condition for a price close to a new mossberg ,etc and it will also hold its value better for resale when you decide to move up or just trade around at a gun show. They have been in production since the mid 60's. Example of one below. http://v2.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=184765169
  9. These came of my 02 silverado crew cab HD 4x4. They are 16x6.5 in great shape. They are 8 lug. Im sure they are not in great demand but thought I would post them here to see if anyone could use them. 80.00 for set http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc178/1fstws6/000_1008.jpg
  10. Nice Nova I have owned quite a few older chevy muscle cars so I can appreciate what you have there and what it took to make it and a whopping 15:1 would be pretty wild to run on the street. I bet it sounds wicked. I had a pro street tubbed out 56 belair a while back that had a L88 427 in it with 12:5:1 compression, 400 turbo and 9" 4.56 rear. Your car brings back some memories.
  11. Mine never wore off it just got worse, it all started with my first real car a few years ago, lol. http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc178/1fstws6/meandMach1.jpg and many many cars in between I ended up with what I have now which I am having the most fun with.
  12. wonder if showing up at 7 is to late or should we go earlier.
  13. rain should be gone out of here soon. so who all is still going to this ? sounds like it is going to be a big turn out from what I have read on other forums.
  14. We have a 99 Nissan Altima GXE sport edition all leather and loaded it looks near new ,drives perfect and use no oil, leaks nothing with 220,000 miles. Maybe they dont make like they use to but I would buy another one. Save yourself more then 10k. This was my moms old car before she bought a new one so I know the history. It never had nothing major go wrong with it.
  15. Crabgrass is really bad this year and I have been in the lawn/landscaping business for many years. Kill it off and reseed and like the others say catch it early spring before it germinates. Crabgrass and weeds thrive in bare and weak areas of your yard.
  16. I saw the sign out by the road today. Im going to try to go. I like the idea of a show in front of a restaurant it gives you someplace to go and chill out eat, drink get out of the heat . Never been their though.
  17. I know what you are going thru although my previous WS6 was not built up as much as yours it just got old after a while with it being cammed, stalled and 3.73 gears I felt like I was drag racing everyone at the stop lights. I wanted something more refined to drive long distance. The C6Z was my first choice but a little more $ then I wanted to put out so the C5Z fit the bill and with a head/cam set up it just makes it all the much better+30mpg. After owning numerous older muscle cars and the latest ones to be a 97 ss,99 frc vette, then back to a 01 WS6 for a couple of years I went back to what I have now 02 cam/head Z06. Its by far the most fun and easy driving car I have owned.
  18. I used a nylon stretchy type black one for my black Z06 on a road trip to florida last year and will do it again this late fall. Iam sure it saved me some damage over 2000+ miles. Easy to put on and it folds up small enough to store in your glove box.
  19. were you on high st today near graceland ? If not I saw your twin.
  20. I like this old truck but its to far away. The 327/350 combo would be sold so I could build a big block and built 400 turbo. I just can not find anything around here that has possibilities.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Chevrolet-Other-Pickups-1956-Chevrolet-Pickup-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem3f00f66889QQitemZ270599088265QQptZUSQ5fCarsQ5fTrucks
  21. I really liked the primered gray/black 56 chevy pick up. I have been looking for one of these to fix up just like this one with no luck. Very hard to find a solid one.
  22. Nice pics. That is a good looking black Z06:D
  23. some improvement this morning, still off balance though.
  24. tic tacs, i thought that was a little weird.
  25. One month wow I can not amagine that. Tomorrow will be the real test to see how much improvement there is. I have had ringing in my one ear for a couple years and some sharp pain once in a while but the doctor saw damage in mine. Im sure running loud equipment for the last 20 years has not helped my situation.
