If that's really true then report her. They can lose their credential if doing something unethical. Our realtor WAS the ethics person for the local district. We had somebody pull some shit like "Oh sorry we can't show the house at that time, sorry. Nope, not at that time either. Oh, nope sorry, that also won't work.".... They were effectively blocking us from seeing before another preferred realtor friend. Our realtor called them out, threatening an ethics violation and got us in 2 hours later . Good Luck!

I'd still love to know where you found it. Facebook? Twitter? Another social network or site you may enjoy?
-
I'm honestly interested to know where / how you came across this link?
-
Wait, Greg. If you don't agree with what this "media source" is reporting, you must be part of the liberal media, right? I mean, that's only logical...
-
Liberty News, eh? Any other reliable sources reporting that "news"?

Not a freak, so much, but the listing is entertaining. Found on Reddit: https://detroit.craigslist.org/wyn/cto/6137950513.html

Good luck to anyone in the polaris area once Ikea opens

Oh nice. They are good people! I think it was Roseann who helped us most recently. I was really impressed that they have kept furniture plans from "retired" builders, so they can get matching pieces made for stuff that's years old. -

http://www.oakcreationsofmillersport.com/Room-Styles---Designs.html These guys are West of Buckeye Lake. I have oak bedroom furniture from these folks, very similar to what is in the bottom picture of that link. Bought it spread over a few years, and bought the matching bed when wife and I got married. Stuff is crazy nice but not ridiculous price, generally custom made by a variety of builders they source from. I plan to buy a media cabinet from them this fall, likely in walnut. I love me some walnut. These guys are out there too, and they have an east side and west side location: https://www.millersfurniture.com/ They seem a little more "commercialized", for sure, but I understand most of their stuff to be decent also. -
I have a large number of left-leaning / liberalish, friends and family. Among them I think exclusively my grandma reads/watches CNN. Where do you get your facts? I generally try not to assume validity of anything I hear unless it's corroborated from a handful of sources. Better still, not a bunch of online-only sources, or cable news-only sources. Confirmation from a good variety of names I recognize from before 2016 are generally enough for me to consider their facts to be actual facts. I think more often than that, even if I see two (or more) sides agreeing on a similar set of facts, there can't be a meaningful discussion because the interpretation of them varies so widely.

A literal turd cutter Bruh, he has no septic, sewer or waste pipe of any kind. Making shit run down hill is the least of his problems here.

Damn seriously. I'd ask for the old parts back to feel comfortable.

I think most composting toilets will require a vent to the outside to manage smell/negative pressure. Though a window or door could be made to work I guess? Assuming you have a window, also research exhaust fans .
-
When you say 1/2 bath, you really just mean a toilet? Or you want incoming water flow to flush/wash hands, as well as an outgoing flow for the smelly stuff? Without the ability to bring water in or out (can't penetrate walls ceiling or floor - sounds like a riddle), I think a composting toilet and maybe a foot pump sink with a reservoir are your best options.

Congrats, man. If you do anything significant outside get a permit. I know the Buckeye Lake village zoning inspector very well .

Hey who cares, V6 bro.

Shit I only barely can. Am I colorblind? FUUUUU :fuuuu:

Very cool! My uncle has 2015ish 4Runner, but in limited trim with the low, housewife edition bumpers. It's loaded Otherwise though. I'd consider buying it from him in a couple years if I could bolt on the TRD face.

Lindey's in German Village is awesome, could be stretching $100 with tax though. Morettis is extremely good if you want Italian, and I think they have a couple locations. We always go to the one in Arlington, not too far from Campus. Can definitely support Cap City as noted above though.

Thanks, but that's the type of saw I'm trying to avoid and very close to the one I killed (they're unfortunately almost disposable). Actually going to look at an old emerson saw this evening with a full cast iron table, induction motor, belt drive. Should be serviceable for the rest of my life for not a lot more money.

I believe it. I need it for 3/4" oak too, so far from the ideal implement.

So, service manager extraordinaire called me late Friday afternoon, just to let me know that the GM would not be available to call me that afternoon, but would in touch Monday... great, thanks. Got a call from him yesterday at 4:45 and we spoke for 10 minutes or so. He retold the chain of events mostly accurately, but the felt the need to insert "the car was on the lot for a week while you were on vacation" though he didn't suggest they were dodging responsibility, so no point was really made with that tidbit. I corrected him though, noting that I made it very clear the Monday night I dropped it off that I would be out of state for work through Thursday night, and they could have it solely so their monthly visit from warranty guy on Wednesday to review the paint problem would work out. I also noted that NOBODY from Lindsay called me at any point that week, and it wasn't until I called them from the Fort Myers airport Thursday at 5pm that I learned the car had even been looked at. That all seemed to be news to him, though I wasn't surprised those details may have been omitted from the summary of events shared with him. I mostly repeated the same concerns I had shared with everyone prior, and I also shared my experiences with his unprofessional service manager. He then apologized a few times, informed me that the guy was "really just an assistant manager" (lol), and ultimately suggested that "he had looked at it himself, there was clearly a crease, and no one should have called me saying it was fixed before". He then expressed his confidence in the dent guys ability to truly fix it, and said he would be having them back today (Tuesday) to take another swing at it. I got a call this afternoon from the GM personally, saying that he went out to look at it and the dent and crease is gone as far as he can tell, and that they would like me to come look at it. I went by there after work, GM was gone, but two polite, reasonable service guys joined me in "reviewing" the car. Dent was gone, crease was 95% gone after dent wizard round 2 - but sheetmetal is obviously still distorted / fatigued in the fender area above the rear wheel (unibody skin). Not awful, but clearly not quite right at all. More importantly, the deep scratches on the door in front of the area and in the bumper cover behind the area are still very much there, so it's STILL not resolved.... I've made it very clear that a blended metallic re-paint and body filler on a new car is not going to "make me whole" in terms of my new car damaged while in their facility for warranty work, so they are clearly pursuing all other options. However I honestly can't tell if these guys are humoring me and making a legitimate effort or just taking unproductive baby steps over and over in the hopes that one of these times I'll look at it and say good enough, or get frustrated enough to accept it as is and drive it home. Regardless, I feel like it will absolutely require paint and a skim of filler, and the damage is spread across the rear bumper cover, rear fender skin, and rear passenger door. Though the damage is minor, that's a lot of panel blending, and I feel like I'm trending toward establishing a pre and post-repair valuation of the car somehow in order to have a meaningful conversation BEFORE agreeing to have the car painted. I will not be hashing all that out after the repairs are done.

Thanks sir. I bought a nice Dewalt miter saw a couple years ago so I'm good there. I'm down to ripping planks for stair transitions, carpet trimming, undercut doors, etc. Ya know, the fun stuff that's impossible/dangerous with a miter saw. I may get creative with the jigsaw to get by but will need a table saw anyway.

My 12 year old cheapy Craftsman table saw died tonight, and motor parts are discontinued. I've not yet got all my hardwood laid, so I'm in the market. If anybody has one they would like to part with please let me know. Belt driven is a huge plus, and older is fine (maybe better) if in good working condition. Let me know. Thanks
