I'm on a corporate unlimited plan through Verizon, and I have to use my phones hotspot (tethering technically still?) for work constantly. I spend a lot of time at customer sites with inaccessible secured wifi, or in buildings not yet complete enough to have network infrastructure in place. In construction / engineering land, email attachments get pretty enormous also.

Sale pending pickup this Sunday. I will update the thread if that falls through.

2012 John Deere D105 Lawn Tractor, purchased new in 2013. Deck is 42" with manual height adjustment, 17.5hp single cylinder engine, automatic transmission. It's very clean, always stored inside, and all cleaned up it looks new honestly. Has 109.6 hours on it. I just today changed the oil, oil filter, air filter, and greased all lubrication points, so it shouldn't need touched for a while. It runs well, starts easily, leaks nothing, etc. Full disclosure, this tractor came with the new house we bought, and the only reason for sale is that I have a larger tractor already and this one is taking up space. I do not intend to store it all winter, so make offers. Asking $650 obo . I bought a house a few months ago with a pretty decent garage and good size basement. I have good space, but empty space, and in moving I've determined we have a lot of stuff to get organized. See the list above, but any garage/shop organization and storage stuff is what I'm looking for, as well as old T12 fixtures. Figured I'd post up here before buying new. Will soon have a 2 year old John Deere D105 riding mower as potential trade if anybody's interested. -Scott

I feel like it would take a perfect storm to create major injury to your hands, as well as a larger caliber. Wear your glasses though, always. Eyeballs are soft and there's important stuff behind them.

Had this occur the third time I had my Mp9 out to shoot, and it was my first pistol. Luckily similar deal though, where the blockage kept the next round from chambering. Also luckily, I was shooting with a very firearm savvy friend and he helped me resolve it. Mine was with Tulammo 9mm, purchased from Walmart. I no longer buy Tula or other cheapies as it gave me a scare that day. I've not had an issue since, likely close to 1000 rounds later.

How do you manage the fumes? Just tons of exhaust fans going or what? I always understood that to be a significant risk.

Question then with respect to floor heat.... Without gas what heating source are you planning to use for water heating? Electric? THAT will kill you. It's all BTUs man, whether to heat water or to supply an infrared source. Thermal efficiency will determine utility cost impact.

Floor heat is overkill for most non-commercial buildings, and a maintenance / failure risk without a very very good concrete pour. If you have gas service i'd suggest gas infrared radiants. As was said it heats the building and it's contents and works very well for large spaces.

+1 I did 48" tile in my master bath cutting first and laying out (with spacers), and then even numbered the back of each once I was happy with the layout. Looks great, mate.

Close off the walk-in, and dial back the flow (assumed adjustable registers/diffusers) on any rooms that are colder. Prioritize reducing flow on basement diffusers, as they are below the master and nearer to the furnace. Static pressure may be an issue. There is only x amount of static pressure by your blower fan, and the master may be ducted strangely and causing a deficiency. Also look up "short cycling" with respect to diffusers and return intakes. You mention three supply diffusers and only one return intake associated with the Masters Suite. Ideally the return should be located opposite from supplies, to promote circulation and true conditioning of the airspace. If the return is too near a supply, all that air blowing is potentially going directly back to the furnace and likely doing little good for actually cooling the room... Just a few other things to consider.

This appears to be LED, and pretty neato. What controller voltage is required? I may be interested.

I've got nothing helpful to add really, but I continue to hear of wacky issues like this from late model Kia / Hyundai owners. Makes for great discussion when your non-car-guy friends explain how the standard features and low purchase price justify their Korean purchase over comparable Honda or Toyota products.

Generally there is an hour meter / logging function somewhere in the ecu. It would be a lot easier to tell the life it lived if they disclosed that info. It's intriguing regardless.

What "deficiency" are you thinking duct cleaning will solve? Poor supply flow? poor return flow? Exceptionally dirty diffusers?

Very popular in the hotrod / resto- mod scene.
