He met somebody there, some kid named Josh that I've met but don't really know. I think they were watching the hockey game and basketball game. Yea it's really close, we live on Lane Ave. and the Little Bar is on High St. . Between the monsoon rain and his dislocated knee I can see why he drove, but if it were me I would have just not gone out.

As far as the new roommate thing goes, I grew up with everybody I live with, but I've come to know this guy more living with him than I did just as his buddy. What's weird is that he is super intelligent, as he's a chemistry major and gets straight A's. Some his behavior really makes me question his sanity. Either way I'm locked into a lease with the guy.... Before he went to bed he was still convinced he didn't knowingly move his car but was considering the fact that he didn't "consciously" move it. I don't know what's going on in his head, but he sounded concerned for himself, like he thinks he's going nuts. Pretty good I'd say.

Soooo, if anybody was at the little bar around 11:30 or so you might have witnessed some of this..must have been quite a show. First of all, the parties involved here are me, my roommate Kyle ( crazy ) and my roommate Mike ( not crazy ). Kyle decided he would drive to the little bar tonight since it was raining at around 6:30ish, I know this because I moved my truck for him to get out of the lot. Mike and I went to eat at Fazolis at around 7:45, at which point Kyle was still gone, as was his car. We returned from dinner at 8:45, and Kyle's car was back. Fast forward to 11:45 or so when I'm talking to Mike at our house, and Kyle calls him. Kyle is obviously upset, and he says he is convinced that his car was stolen from the Little Bar, and has apparently been arguing with the employees there about it for some time. He feels confident enough that it was stolen from there that he CALLED THE POLICE. Still on the phone with Kyle, Mike and I go out back to check that his car is there, and sure enough it is. We tell him that and he goes nuts, swearing somebody stole it or something, and then hangs up. As we start to walk back inside the police roll up and spotlight us. They basically ask if Kyle actually lives here, is his car parked here, etc., and we say yes he does and he just called us, and yes his car is here. The cop is like, "Well Kyle is apparently confused and drunk, we're going to bring him back here". Kyle returns, and he is drunk but not really very drunk. He is obviously upset, but is coherent and not slurring his words or stumbling or anything. He is also adamant that someone stole his car and parked it in our parking lot, and that he didn't move it, because he still has his keys. He has NO recollection of leaving the bar, says he was there all night until he walked outside to leave, and couldn't find his car. Unbelievable. Needless to say the cops were quite upset with him, although they left without filing a report or taking any real action. It also sounded like the Little Bar staff was pretty angry with him, as they assumed he was trying to blame them for his car or something. I have no idea, I can't believe I'm living with this kid.... or that he is a really real person. Discuss.

LOL, 22" trunk my friend . On a side note, I tried to split some of the chunks saturday, but it the wood is still too wet. I learned this by first swinging a splitting axe into it, then not being able to pull it out AT ALL. I figured I'd just pound it in further with the sledgehammer, but I pounded it far enough that it broke the axehead off the handle. My only only option was to keep pounding the head, which resulted in me breaking the sledgehammer head off. My plan is to burn the bigass chunk and both handles to retrieve the axehead.

I watch that shit, and I honestly believe I gained some tree-falling/chainsaw skills while watching it. I cut down a 22" tree two weekends ago, and nobody died . Great Success!

Good intro and nice 3 series! I've heard good things about the mod-ability of those motors. Welcome to CR.

Slightly off-topic, but I saw a couple queers on the chargerforums were re-badging their car as an "Alfa Romeo Charger SRT-8"....stupid.

Less situations like this, more resolutions like this :bangbang:

What are the top 5 or so things you would like to learn more about? Lighting, shooting more in manual less in auto, taking good night pictures, photographing dark colored subjects correctly - w/o necessitating a ton of PP correction, and proper cleaning SERIOUSLY What type of photography shots do you like to take? Cars, sports, nature, etc. (keep it clean now) Cars, Nature, Macro, Family Please include what type of camera you have, type or model Nikon D70, with stock lense, wide angle, and 300mm Nikkor VR Zoom Let me know if you're interested in being a part of a class or workshop that I may be hosting. I likely would be interested

Looks like you're linking to the gallery, rather than the individual picture. Right-click on the individual image and select "view image" then copy that link. Should work fine . Welcome, sir.

Cool car indeed. You say 1200 bucks for half a car, I'm wondering where this is from? If my motor turns out to need a rebuild I'll likely be shipping over a jdm motor . I've just been looking for a reliable jdm importer.

WTF I thought you pooped? .....they always conform -
I invited the 3000gt board guys out, and I heard they showed, but I actually didn't come myself as I've developed an oil pressure issue since 2 weeks ago... Assuming all is figured out I'll make it out to the next one!

If you want to eliminate all doubt, replace the actual studs. My 240k dakota has original studs on it and and they like to spit a lugnut occassionally. Never all 6 or anything though.

P.S. - running a car with warped rotors can cause pads to separate/delaminate. I've also heard of cheapo drilled rotors tearing up pads.... Just a possibility.

I've been happy with my hawks, and I know the charger guys like them too. I bedded them in properly, with new brembo blanks....

I hit a deer once in my dad's suburban. The truck was undamaged - the deer's back "half" was broken. Sucks though bud, Delaware is bad for them lately, my uncle lives up that way.

I can't do it for you as I would DEFINITELY get in trouble, but I know we have a corporate account with Kinko's and get like 80% off all work they do for us. Even the employees are impressed at the discount . Find somebody who has a corporate account with them and use their credentials. Like I said unfortunately I can't help you though, I'm merely an intern.

Welcome and +rep. As far as Byers, my dad has had some similar issues with them. They refused to cover some really stupid shit on his Charger under warranty, even though they obviously weren't "normal maintenance" items as they claimed. A letter to Chrysler customer care fixed that....Although when they went to replace the rear wheel bearings they damaged the rear axle to an extent that an entire new one had to be ordered - which took about a week. He also had a light in the HVAC control unit burn out, which required the whole unit to be replaced. They replaced it with an '09 model unit, which has entirely different knobs and chrome trim that isn't anywhere on his '06 model, and it looks retarded and out of place. This is still unresolved... Then at the time that work was done, some more issues on a paint defect were discussed. They said it would be covered under warranty no problem, but that they didn't have a "certified chrysler body shop" on site. When he went to try to get it resolved elsewhere, everyone else claims he's damaged the car and it won't be covered!!! At least two other Dodge dealerships have told him that byers CAN actually do their own body work, but they like to send all their warranty jobs to other dealers - awesome. I suggest you write a horrible complaint letter about Byers to Subaru Corporate. They need to get shit on really really bad. Horrible customer service. Wow that was long, sorry .

I very much disagree. The cars leave at drastically different times and you can hear the regal leave at least a full second or two before the "mustang". That said, I <3 Buick powah

Per the comments, I agree that it didn't sound like the normal Buick 6, maybe a turbo V8? Badass either way.

Do you know how many hours are on it? Also, where was it usually ran?
