Yep I had that complaint too when I got my first Galaxy however there are other keyboards you can download and you can turn the transition time down via developer options.

I've had a lot of luck using a torx bit that's either perfect size or just barely too big and lightly hammer it in. also if you have access to a light impact wrench it'll help due to the rapid light blows. I've got a 3/8 inch SnapOn battery impact that I use at work that's perfect for these jobs.

Completely understand where you're coming from. I make decent money but live well under the poverty line because I have to pay $700 a month just in student loans. It's a damn shame because it makes me feel like crap that my wife and I have to hardcore budget because of my student loans. Think you mean 10 mm and 15 mm. That stuff would be around 4 inches thick if it were 110mm. Edit. Looks like its typically around 3 to 4mm at its thickest.
