CPUs will take way more heat than that. the Intel ATOM in my HTPC runs at 170+ degrees Fahrenheit almost 24/7 and has been doing so for over a year. When it was being used with TV tuners it would creep up to boiling temps. I don't worry about that system at all, because its within the specifications

I would have rotated the fan 90* clockwise so that it was blowing out of the top of the case, leaving that exhaust fan with some room to suck out other hot air. Where is it worth the extra cash for the Keltec? The folding stock is pretty awesome, but not sure how much its worth. I hear the hipoint is alright and I actually preferred the bolt action mechanism over the keltec when i checked them out at vances. Anyone have experience with both guns that can give input? For $220 the hipoint could be a lot of fun for the price of 2 mosins.

On the core processors you really dont need much to keep them cool. The stock cooler is more than enough to suffice usually, unless its in a hot environment. And yes, the graphics card is needed! So many apps are supporting 3d acceleration, including many adobe ones.

The slowest thing in your system for editing is going to be your card reader lol.
