  1. Crap, I would have taken the nitrous kit.
  2. What is the cost of doing it right? Guarantee it won't fail in your driveway, and when it does how much collateral damage will there be? Add the cost of going cheap to the cost of a ruined afternoon and the tow truck.
  3. What is it going to cost you to modify the stock shaft? I think your chances of finding exactly what you need from another vehicle are slim.
  4. We caught it at Studio 35. With a pizza from down the street and a few craft brews in us it wasn't bad at all.
  5. $375 for heads, springs, pushrods, lifters and rocker arms? I'll take them. Let me know where and when. I'll PM you my cell phone number.
  6. I'm on my second MSD Opti. I put MSD on the Camaro and the Impala and every MSD component I put on has now been replaced.
  7. Do you know the casting numbers on the heads? I'm in the market for a set of cores to send to Lloyd Elliot.
  8. Sorry to hear that man. It's rough, I know. I lost both my mother and father to complications from Parkinsons. One of my uncles just lost that battle last week too and another uncle is fighting it.
  9. Did you pick the cam, or did IPS recommend it? If IPS recommended it, then I would say it's their responsibility to make sure the clearance is correct. I think Dave was kidding about "Start the motor", although you will find out if you have adequate clearance or not very quickly.
  10. I was talking about grad school. I just finished my administration internship. I only need 2 more classes to finish my masters and graduate and they are not offered until July. High school has 2 more months till summer break. You should be jelly. You can have that break too, just find yourself a teaching job.
  11. School is done for now ... I'm in.
  12. I see a lot of potential there. Should be really nice when you're done.
  13. 12:03 PM ... still not changed.
  14. That work looks unbelievable. I love it when the work is done and in the end it looks like it was originally made to be that way.
  15. http://www.linkedin.com/pub/rick-doerr/3/9a3/599 Computer & Network support instructor at Tolles in Plain City.
  16. If you take the class with the BMV they will provide you a motorcycle to use. I would absolutely recommend taking the Ohio Rider course. Nothing against the Harley coarse other than the fact it is more than 10 times the price for the exact same thing. If you're planning on buying a Harley and they will credit the cost of the course toward your purchase, then maybe. Otherwise go with the Ohio Rider course.
  17. Yep, I am on a septic system also. I heard about using yeast, but I don't believe it does anything. Every professional I've talked to about it has said the same thing. The aerobic bacteria that does the work in your septic tank has nothing to do with yeast.
  18. Damn nice looking bike. I've been thinking about trading up from my softtail, but I'm in the market for a street glide. Good luck with the sale.
  19. Looks incredible. Looks like it should do the ton easily.
  20. Actually what my dad did when he transferred ownership of the house to my sister and I was to add my name to the deed, then later my sisters name, then removed my mother, and then last removed himself. The whole process was pretty transparent, but there was no actual single transaction when the house changed hands. I'm not sure how long he took doing that, it might have been over the course of several years.
  21. Now that Cleetus 3 is gone, you're going to have to get it in gear and get this done.
  22. I'm interested in the valve covers and the complete fuel rail, AFPR and even injectors. Might be interested in the vortech stuff and the monoblade. Put up some prices and we'll start there.
