Actually, they're honestly worth more in sentimental value. My dad's a hot wheels nerd and loves to tell me everything about old and new ones. Most vintage ones aren't worth too much unless they're in mint condition and/or still in orig box. Unless they're one of the few super rare ones. Sick cars though, looks like they got some good use. Roommate has a V10 Excursion 4wd. We use it to tow with all over and as a party bus. Pretty reliable, and it gets 12MPG all day long. Towing, loaded, unloaded, 12MPG. The front suspension has need rebuilt already and it still has a bit of slop in the steering, Midas did the work (when his parents had it, they didn't ask me to do the work :doh:) and did a "typical" Midas job.

For sure. I have yellow (3000 K) from VVME in my mkIII and they look nice, but actually WORK great in rain, snow, fog and of course dry (Even on new, black blacktop). I'm lowered a bit and VR6 oil pans sit below the subframe by a bit so I have to be on the look out for potholes. No problem with the yellow, I'm sure the matched you will have issues though. Yellow =/= rice. Yellow = functional.
