  3. wife is at the store buying Bison Ribeyes as I type this.
  4. Ins Co came back with a value higher than I thought they would, but not good enough. Now the fun begins
  5. 1.) If Ins Co. totals it, in the state of TX, I have to go through through inspections and they are very expensive. So That's not happening in it's totaled. 2.) On my last Talon that got t-boned and totaled, I paid $2800 for the car, the ins co wanted to give me $2700, I ended up getting $4300 and keeping the car, and 90% of the parts I transferred to this one. So financially I made out. Not saying that's what is going to happen here, but in that scenario, a total loss is better then repairing it and the car still never being quite right.
  6. I was reading some stuff online about how if after a few attempts they can't reach you in person, they can post it in the local newspaper as a reasonable form of notice, and if I don't see it and respond to the court in time I automatically lose my case. That's not what I gather from the link posted above me. But I also have a hard time understanding legal jargon. If my interpretation seems to be incorrect, please let me know. If I am correct and they do have to have it delivered to me or someone at my residence over the age of 16, or have it mailed to me via certified mail, then I shall continue winning for the time being.
  7. Adjuster came out a little while ago. My wife called me to let me know and stated based on what he was seeing, he is guessing it's a total loss, but I should hear back in a few days with final result.
  8. I am fairly confident she (they) have moved forward with suing us as my wife has called me two days this week letting me know about strange people coming to the door. First time was a man in a white unmarked van. He came up, knock ed on the door, waited a little bit, when no one answered, he left. Then yesterday, 2 guys in a blue SUV parked in front of our driveway, essentially blocking it, one guy got out, knocked on the door, waited a few a little bit, and left when no one answered. Neither of the guys each time went to any other houses. I am going to guess they are trying to "serve" us. I told the wife to not answer the door for anyone unless she knows who it is and is expecting them. If they do corner her and ask her name, she is to not answer. I am waiting for them to try and hit me up. I'm not telling anyone my name. Or maybe I am going about this wrong... Do they have to have me confirm my identity in order to officially serve me?
  9. Yeah man, it sucked. It was one of those "ohh no" moments where I knew that there was no way I could make it all the way back to my house in time. I literally had no control over my anus. I tried fast walking, to get home in time, and I could tell I wasn't going to make it, so I went into a light jog, still wasn't going fast enough. I could feel my anus pulsing. I tried so hard to keep it in, but there was like an override going on and I had no control. A few hundred yards from my house, it just started squirting out. By the time I had reached my back door, I was spent. There was nothing left in me. It all resided in my pants. Ruined a very nice pair of silk boxers. There was poop everywhere.
  10. Saw this on WIMP the other day. Looks like a lot of fun...
  11. Not sure if it was due to olestra or not as it was a while ago, but I got bubble guts once while walking my dogs...crapped my pants right in the middle of the street. True story.
  12. That body style is so secksey...
  13. Why so much hate for FP? Don't get me wrong, I'm not an FP nutswinger, I just run one of "their" turbo's because I got a great deal on it...

    Wing Stop

Only places where I enjoyed the wings are Gatsby's in Gahanna (the Jim Beam wings) and the broasted wings from the Pour House in Gahanna.
  15. Her actions/behavior are borderline invasion of privacy according to the definitions I looked up today. She just keeps digging herself into a deeper hole.
  16. Just got a VM from the corvette owner's insurance company stating they have determined their customer was at fault.
  17. YES! Not illegal according to TX Transportation Code.
  18. I had my garage door open all afternoon as I was putting up shelves and cleaning up the garage. I started the talon to move it back 3 feet as it was up too far, the car was running less than 2min, I turned it off, got out, and she is standing outside in her front yard taking pics/video of me. This woman is off her rocker.
  19. No witnesses and the cops didn't see what happened, and no apparent injuries so the cops said they were basically there to just document that an accident occurred, where the accident occurred, and who the parties involved were. We each got a driver's crash report and were then told it would be up to our insurance companies and us personally to hash it out. NADA on the 1991 AWD talon is $5400 low retail to $9900 high retail. I got close to the low retail on my last one, no way i'm getting $10K out of it, but the NADA value on the talons skyrockets once they hit 20yrs (calssic status). I tried looking up KBB and it doesn't give me the option to go older than 1993.
  20. We weren't racing. I looked at my log from right when it happened and I was only at 61% throttle If we had been at a track doing some legal racing, he would have lost
